I had an excellent car buying experience at Westbury Toyota. I especially appreciated the way Mark Jama simply answered my questions and let me spend time with the vehicle that I considering. He didn't resort to any hard sell tactics that I find offensive. I went for a test drive on a Sunday and left the dealership. Mark and I communicated via email about some of the details regarding the car. I made an appointment to meet with Mark the following Sunday at which time I made an offer on the car. He brought the offer to their management who made a counter-offer. We didn't come to an agreement on the sales price and trade-in value. I left the dealership again with a civil handshake. The following day, I called Mark to see what the price of the car would be closer to my offer if we excluded the trade-in from the deal. He said that it most likely wouldn't help. I hung up phone and was back to my work. A few minutes later he called me and said that they would accept my offer including the trade-in value. Deal! That evening I left work and headed to the dealership. Kevin Killelea would assist me through the purchase process. I was at the dealership for a few hours that evening waiting and Kevin was always updating me, always polite, and at one point even offered me the opportunity to spend some time in the car and set my radio stations and paired my phone with the car via bluetooth. The waiting was the only unpleasant part of the experience and Kevin did what he could. Thank you Westbury Toyota! Larry More

From the time I entered the door and meet Mr. Trevor Panton to the time it was time to talk about financing with Mr. John Edwards,I felt right at home. I felt comfortable with my whole experience and felt as though both men did all they could to make my experience a fantastic one. When I left Toyota I felt a sense that both Mr. Edwards and Mr. Panton really care about their customers and their needs when it comes to purchasing an auto. My wife and I both love our Toyota Sienna Van and when it comes time again to purchase another auto we hope to get both men again. Mike is the Internet sales person and took care of a lot of the information and pricing info on the phone, which I appreciated. All that was really left was the meet & greet with the car (explanations of it usage and how the Prius gets such good MPG compared to all other hybrid cars) and oh so quite test drive on local streets and highway test drive. All Toyota employees met were friendly, accommodating (and not pushy). About the only thing missing was champagne to celebrate our new Prius. More

My experience at Westbury Toyota was above and beyond anything I was expecting. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, very accomodating. The customer service that I received from Mark Jama was outstanding. I did not feel pressured to make a decision right away on purchasing the 2011 Toyota Limited 4 Runner that I eventually purchased. Mark was very informative and gave a lot of information on this vehicle I was interested in. If I happen to ask a question that Mark was unsure of the answer, he quickly made it a point of finding out the answer promptly. I was very much impressed with my first meeting with Mark. The friendliness of Mark Jama, Cheo Colon, Michael David and John Edwards was unique due to the fact they considered all of our concerns we had with the purcahse of the new vehicle. They put us at ease when we made the final decision to purchase the vehicle. There was not much that could have been done with the original price of the Toyota Limited 4 Runner, but the few extras that I had asked prices for was generously included in my purchase at no cost. The quality of work that was performed on my vehicle before I picked it up at the dealer ship was outstanding. When I was told the vehicle was at the dealership, the running boards, which was one of the add ons I had asked a price quote for were already on the vehicle. After very much approving of the color I had chosen on the color chart,and viewing it on the truck itself, the remote start was installed and a week later I took my truck home. The overall experience was superb. This is my third Toyota 4 Runner since 1987. The last two, which includes this purchase was bought at the Westbury Toyota Dealership. I think that says it all. What a pleasure it was buying a car from Frank Monteforte. Before going to Westbury Toyota went to Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook where I was right off the bat double teamed by the salesman Dayden Monteforte. Before going to Westbury Toyota went to Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook where I was right off the bat double teamed by the salesman Dayden Carr and the "store manager" where they told me I had to by the car that day because he had special " Manager bucks " that would expire that night and basically called me a fool if I didn't take the deal. After running form there I went to Millennium Toyota in Hempstead were I delt with Gerry Hobbs who seemed very helpful at first. Gerry was running around the whole time looking very busy and kept us there for 6 HOURS. He asked me for my credit card and we put a thousand dollar deposit on a 2011 Sienna Le. After waiting and waiting we finally sat with the finance person and the price that Gerry and I agreed upon 27,187 and 4,750 for my trade, the finance guy said that they could not touch that price. He asked if we were going to take anything on the "back end" and I said no. He asked if we were going to finance thru them and I said no I got 2.89 from NEFCU. He then called the manager and the manager said he was not going to honor the price that supposedly Gerry and he discussed. I then decided not to deal with them and asked Gerry Hobbs for my deposit back. He went to his office came back and said, "Okay it was refunded". I asked for a receipt or something saying it was and he told me don't worry it was done that he couldn't give me a receipt? I then left and called Mastercard and they said That Millenium should have given me a receipt. I then asked Mastercard to dispute the charge and was refunded days later. To get back to Frank at Westbury, My wife and I went it last night and within TWO hours we agreed on a great price and bought a car. More
Buying a new car can be scary and confusing but Kevin made it really easy. I didn't expect to leave with my new car but they worked everything out and I was able to drive away with it. I was impressed and satisfied with how easy it was to buy this car.
