He hide damaged bumper of soled car, let me drive home with it, when I called him next day he was not suprised hering about it. It was certified used car, shouldn't have any damages. I inspected it, repaired was done very poorly, bumper was not painted evenly, you could see immediately spot where was damage, paint was overspread and in process two dings were made on the trunk. I picked up car at evening when Frank was off. When I call next day he did answer the phone, I left masage and ask him to call me back. Two days later still no answer. I hope Toyota will do what's right and resolve the problem. So far it is not pleasant experience. Salesman is only interested to push you out the gate. More

I did not want the long drawn out car dealer visit -- I explained this to the sales rep who approached us at the door to help. Ralston Dunn was a great sales person. He took the time to go over the features of the vehicles that I was interested in and took a genuine interest in answering all of my questions.
