I had previously owned a Toyota Corolla which I had purchased in 2002 from Westbury Toyota. I was ready to trade in my old vehichle for a new car and I was happy to know that my sales person Ralston D purchased in 2002 from Westbury Toyota. I was ready to trade in my old vehichle for a new car and I was happy to know that my sales person Ralston Dunn was still at this dealership. Ralston showed me the various new car options now available and I decided to purchase a new Toyota Corolla as I had such a good experience with this car in the past. The dealership was clean and everyone I dealt with was curteous and friendly. I believe I got a great deal on my Corolla. The paper work and the delivery of my vehicle was smooth and evertyhing proceeded very quickly. I am enjoying my new car and my experience with the dealership after sale for installation of the lojack was quick and easy. I had a great experience with Westbury Toyota and it was a pleasure working with Ralston. More

My wife and I had returned to Westbury Toyota due to the positive experience with Jorge in 2009. We decided to take advantage of the offer to trade in our 2009 Prius for a 2011 Prius. Upon entering the dealership, we were told he was no longer there. However, Ralston attended to us. I have to say, the experience we had with Ralston was just as positive we had with Jorge. He listened to our needs and did the best he could with what he had. Ralston was patient with us on our decision process and did not rush us. It just shows that the purchasing and customer service experience is consistent at Westbury. Everything was perfect except for the price. We went in without research materials on the 2011 Prius. We didn't realize that Toyota had slightly downgraded their trim levels between the second and third generation of the Prius. I would say that was our fault. We were lucky enough that money is not an issue, but we wanted to make sure we got the best value. I think we could have received more for the trade in value for the 2009 Prius. Bargaining to lower the 2011 Prius was tough. This recent purchase is our third Toyota vehicle in 5 years. If the customer service keeps at this establishment, we'll be sure to be back to purchase and replace our 2006 RAV4. More
