Steve Silverman was very knowledgeable about the features of the car, was patient and took the time to answer questions. I have to say that the friendliness of every employee when I dropped off my car that morning and the polite professionalism of the Assistant Service Manager Jamie Nussbaum made the experience surprisingly pleasant! The courtesy ride to my employment, and the return ride as well back to the dealer, was prompt, comfortable and efficient with friendly and courteous drivers both ways. My car was repaired for the recall problem it was brought there for without a hitch, and Mr. Nussbaum called me with updates throughout the day to fill me in on the status of my car. The whole experience was quite pleasant and left me feeling like an even more loyal fan of Toyota than I have been for over 30 years! Well done Toyota,and THANK YOU!! More
