I bought my new 2012 Camry from Westbury Toyota and I must say, it was the most enjoyable purchase of a car I've ever had. Really good people. We started a quest for buying our next minivan from CarWoo web site. We got offers from several dealerships, and Westbury Toyota and sales representative Mark Jama was on of them. At first, we didn't CarWoo web site. We got offers from several dealerships, and Westbury Toyota and sales representative Mark Jama was on of them. At first, we didn't consider this offer as a real choice for us because of the distance (we live in CT, so Westbury Toyota is almost as far removed from us as it's reasonable to consider). However, the more I exchange messages/emails with Mark and other dealers, and the more dealerships I visited in person when I was searching locally, the higher and higher he was getting in our list of possibilities. First of all, Mark is extremely easy to converse via text and email (and this was really the only way for us to discuss all the details). He is very responsive, and replies to (almost) all your questions (which is really rare, by my experience). He helped me to figure out what features are important for me and what I don't need, and even researched for me 3rd-party accessories I inquired about. [I am going to use some of his suggestions in the future.] He was never pushy, never tried to hurry up and create a reason why we should buy this car right now, so this experience is completely different from many other our dealing with sales representatives. He was very polite and reasonable during price negotiations, and never used those standard tricks and lame explanations about why this car should be bought at the offered price that many other dealers tend to use. Dealing with Mark's colleagues in dealership itself when we finally arrived there, was reasonably smooth, they all were polite and professional (especially Julio Escobar and finance manager, John Edwards). I was a bit afraid that we may get in some kind of confrontation, because my husband is generally very suspicious and grumpy while dealing with sales people, and he was prepared to jump and get off from there if he didn't get what he wanted and how he wanted it :o) But the guys pretty smoothly avoided almost all bumps that appeared on the road, and my husband left satisfied with our transaction which says a lot :o) All-in-all, we are very satisfied with our purchase and Westbury Toyota and Mark Jama, in particular! My regular mechanic advised me that my current minivan had a serious rust problem with the I-beam suspension and that a replacement, due to the uniqueness of the model and length of service (viz. - car is had a serious rust problem with the I-beam suspension and that a replacement, due to the uniqueness of the model and length of service (viz. - car is old old old!) was pretty much impossible to come by. Well, I need a minivan in my line of business to transport merchandise as needed in addition to being a passenger carrier. Low and behold I had just met one of the most honest persons that I have ever known due to his beautiful wife who had just opened a dance studio near where I work. She introduced us to her husband Steve whom I came to appreciate as one of the nicest gentlemen I had ever come across. He mentioned he worked at a Toyota dealer just in passing to which I filed this in the back of my mind, not realizing how soon I would need his help. So when my mechanic gave me the bad news I immediately engaged Steve for an appointment, not believing that I needed to spend the next 10 years in going over review after review ad nauseaum. I sat with Steve at the gorgeous dealership and after a few hours made the decision that the Siena was THE car for my wife and myself, based strictly on the knowledge base that Steve presented to me along with the tremendous financing available to me. I can spot a well oiled con man a mile away but his name was definitely not Steve. He agonized with me over my issues and presented me with viable solutions that met with my overwhelming approval. Needles to say, I said yes to the Siena, based almost 100% on my extremely pleasant experience with the Steve! I thought - "OK, now I have to face the finance manager and have him take my first born. Was I wrong...John Edwards is one of the most knowledgeable persons I have ever met, who took his time in carefully explaining all the ins and outs of what I was up against - he made everything sound totally plausible and reasonable, taking great pains in ensuring I understood what he was talking about. In summary I will most definitely recommend Westbury Toyota to anyone looking for a great car at a great price, one that is more than fair. And by the way, the rest rooms were immaculate, no small consideration...only one thing stood out as being not satisfactory - they ran out of coffee! LOL! :-)) More

The personal care and attention that I am given from him is invaluable. Ralston makes it easy for me to get exactly the car I need and want. This year I upgraded to a smartcar limited Rav 4. On delivery, Ralston personally took the time to show me all the features on this car that I never had before, in a timely fashion. It made it much easier, so when I drove the car out of the showroom, I felt confident on how to utilize all these new features. I will continue using Westbury Toyota for my service needs also. I will also recommend Westbury Toyota to my friends as I have in the past. More
