I specifically came to DealerRater.com to find the dealer I wanted to work with, so I feel obligated to write a review to keep this dealer's good reputation alive. I had never had the pleasure of dealing with Westbury Toyota. I recently moved out east on Long Island to Medford and had my commute to work increase from 5 miles to 40 miles each way. Because of this, in an attempt to upgrade my fuel economy and a lower pricepoint, I went to the dealership in between a used full-size Prius and a new more compact Prius C. I met with Steve Silverstein and was blown away by his care and concern for my new situation. He took the time to show me the Prius C (as some buyers are turned off by its subcompact size) before we talked more specifics. Westbury Toyota was very accomodating to me. Even on Steve's day off he was in touch with me regularly to shepard the deal to the finish line. With the help of Felicia Cordova, who is a sweetheart, they both were able to get me in and out, with outside financing, within 2 days. I think total time spent in the dealership was 45 minutes to an hour. I'm only 26, but in my driver career with now seven different cars, this was BY FAR the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I told Steve on the way out, even after all the handshakes were done and I had been handed the keys, I was waiting for that "gotcha moment" where they spring all those extra hidden fees on me. Don't hold your breath - it's not there. This was a refreshing, honest, transparent car deal through and through. I would strongly recommend Steve and this dealership to any and all of my friends. This is my 5th car purchased with your dealership Mr Siegfried and myself Mr. Irving purchased a 2004 Highlander then a 2005 then the Hybrid 2006 and in Aug 2011 the 2012 Highlander Today with the help Siegfried and myself Mr. Irving purchased a 2004 Highlander then a 2005 then the Hybrid 2006 and in Aug 2011 the 2012 Highlander Today with the help of Steven Silverstein I purchased a RAV 4 XLE he didn't try to push me towards the Limited which I had in the Highlander because I wasn't interested. He was exceptional at his friendliness to myself as well as my grandson. I told him what my fininical status was and he worked with me. I would tell anyone I know to go to him. I know this dealership has changed hands since my first Highlander and this visit was a pleasure I only hop that this follows thru to the service end of it. They can be very rude and one time I wrote the service manager and never heard anything He is since gone. I am bringing the RAV 4 in Tuesday night to have the remote start installed. Steven made sure I was comfortable with every step of the transaction. Nothing was forced. I always cringed as the thought of having to deal with car dealers but after purchasing my red, 2013 Toyota Camry SE ;) I feel totally different. I will definitely return to Westbury Toyota and request Steven Silverstein for future purchases. If I had to rate Steve on a scale of 1-10 he would DEFINITELY get a 10!!! More

Since then, I've purchased a used Red VW Beatle for my daughter, and have leased 6 toyota's with him: 3 Camry's, a Corolla, a Yaris, and most recently, a Prius C.Ralston has always been a true gentleman, never pressuring me or my daughter to buy something we didn't want.I believe he was promoted to another position (and deservedly so!), but he still takes care of me. Everything about Toyota has been wonderful. When I got married in 1986, I had a rust-colored Corolla, which we loved.I leased a Camry when the car was stolen in 1990, and have had Toyota's ever since (I used to use Penn Toyota, but I can honestly say Westbury is so much better. From the service department to the help when I stop by just to ask a question, I've always been treated well.And I do intend to keep coming back! Danny Halfant More
