Steven Silverstein is the main reason I went back to Westbury Toyota. He is easy to work with picking out a vehicle and going over all of the options and pricing. I bought two new highlanders from him ( Westbury Toyota. He is easy to work with picking out a vehicle and going over all of the options and pricing. I bought two new highlanders from him (2012 and 2014). I also bough a 2008 highlander and 2009 camry from other salesmen. There is not alot of high pressure sales tactics from the people you have to deal with. They present all of the options with good clarity and let you decide what you think is best for your budget. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I was originally interested in buying a pre-owned car, but Steve explained the details of a lease agreement that works out to be much more cost-effective and hassle-free. The sales person and the finance rep was really nice when selling a new car. Unfortunately, once you leave the dealership with your new car, it is impossible to get a hold of the salesperson or the finance selling a new car. Unfortunately, once you leave the dealership with your new car, it is impossible to get a hold of the salesperson or the finance guy. I've called the salesperson in more than 3 occasions and was told by Aldemar that he would return my call and never did. I also reached out to the finance guy Luis, i sent him an email with concerns about what I had purchased and never received a reply email. I also left Luis a voice mail requesting to call me back and never did. Overall, when you buy a car at Westbury Toyota all they care about is selling cars and meeting their monthly quotas, after you leave the dealership with your new car, they don't have the courtesy to call you to make sure everything is ok with your new car. More
