He is the consummate professional. He's not pushy, doesn't put pressure at all. No tactics, no tricks. We begin each appointment with him asking me, "Which car are you thinking about?" I tell him what I'm looking for and he immediately gives me a list of available cars and never tries to upsell. He's always very respectful of our budget and goes above and beyond to try to get us a little more than we asked for and stay within the numbers. I've already told him that he's not allowed to retire... 😉 More

Ralston instills confidencewhenhe talks about the lease. I n an age when car salesmen have questionable reputations, it is very comforting to deal with a gentleman like Ralston who senses what the customer wants and doesn't try to sell him things to run up the cost of the lease. Ralston also took a good deal of time explaining the new features of needing no key to start or turn off the car and how to connect the smart phone to the bluetooth navigation system. All in all it was the best upgrading I have experienced in these last six Toyota leasings--- thanks to Ralston. More

And for all of these leases I have dealt with Trevor Panton. He has been great to work with and I keep just going back and asking for him by name! He is both friendly and professional and dealing with him has just been a pleasure! After the initial time working with him, I just contact him ahead of time and make an appointment. I let him know what make, model and year I am looking for along with any special options I am considering. Once I am at the showroom, he quickly gets me a list of vehicles that meet my requirements. It then basically comes down to picking a color and working out an acceptable deal. Couldn't be much easier! Julio Escobar has now handled my financing paperwork two times. Dealing with him has also been a pleasure! More
