I think Toyota is always one of the top rated vehicles and the actual product supports it. I currently own a 2014 Highlander Limited Platinum, lease a 2016 Corolla S, and just added another lease with a 2017 Corolla IM. The new lease was my first return lease exchange trading back in a 2014 Camry XLE. The reasoning for a different vehicle was to lower my payment. My son loved the Camry! I was introduced to Ralston a few years ago and he is as experienced and knowledgeable as they come. One of his many attributes is knowing the product. On this occasion as in all my dealings with him, he took my son on a test drive and before leaving with the car he sat down and went over the ins and outs with him. He is friendly, courteous, and a true professional at his job. Having built a relationship is great because I can call Ralston whenever I have a question or when I'm ready to get a new vehicle. I also have used the service department for the last few years and it is always as quick as they can with doing the job right, plus they always keep you up to speed how the work is going. More

I wasn't 100% sure about switching to a HV or not. Wesley Richards prompt me a couple questions and let me test drive the car without me even asking. I did not hesitate and test drove the car. The car is amazingly smooth as Wesley previously described. The very next day, I went back to visit Wesley again. And I was able to pick up the Prius prime in less than 90 minutes.
