Luis was my original salesman of my 1st and 2nd vehicle and has worked with Ralston Dunn and Luis Valdez were excellent in assisting with my purchase. Luis was my original salesman of my 1st and 2nd vehicle and has worked with me on all my Toyota Priuses including this current one. 5 star performance. This is my first purchase with Ralston. Friendly and informative on anything Prius. Also 5 star performance. I dunno if I can ever be truly happy with pricing... Soooo while I would to state that I would give it 4.5 stars if I could only because if anything costs money, it can't be perfect. Still, it was all flexible and all good. The teamwork and effort to make things seamless really went a long way with me. 5 stars overall for everything combined. Thanks guys. More
