Professional John Jack was our sales person. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and made every effort to meet them-mode John Jack was our sales person. He was available to answer all my questions and concerns. John had a manner that was very personal and caring in additional to being professional. When I recommend anyone to this dealership I would ,without hesitation, tell them to request John Jack. I must also mention Grace Castillo from the finance department. DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER!!! Today my family and I walked in to Westbury Toyota and was greeted by a very courteous sales man, Brandon. Unfortunately we will NEVER be coming back. After a brief and pushy conversation with his sales manager Randy Abreu, we decided to take a step back and told him we needed to think about it, he told his salesman "What a xxxxING waste of time!" right behind me. This is absolutely uncalled for especially coming from a manager. We absolutely loved the car but will definitely be taking our business else where. More
