I came to Westbury because this location looked the least likely to give me a poor experience based on the reviews in the NY area. I worked with Jeremy Garcia and he is a great person to work with. He was honest and straight forward with me from the beginning. I got to test drive a car and he was willingly showing me around to the other vehicles they had without a problem. He was able to assist me with my decision to purchase a new Rav4. Well I don’t know where to begin.. When you stop at a traffic light or stop for any reason the brake pedal looses pressure and it starts rolling forward. I if you have the air conditioner on is even worse now. My foot hurts from pressing on the pedal so hard at the end of the day. He called me back the same day saying that they couldn’t duplicate the concern and he sold me a brakes and rotors job that I obviously didn’t need. My truck is much worse now after the brake job.. not only I want my money back but for Westbury Toyota to address the issue and fix it properly. I bought the truck from Westbury Toyota and also a warranty to cover all these problems More

Visited Westbury Toyota to return our 2017 Toyota Highlander not intending to purchase another vehicle. As we were leaving we noticed a 2020 Prius on the lot. Asked for pricing on the prius and trade Highlander not intending to purchase another vehicle. As we were leaving we noticed a 2020 Prius on the lot. Asked for pricing on the prius and trade in offer on my 2010 Honda...worked with Wes Richards , truly a professional and made the deal which we accepted. We were very pleased working with Wes. Toyota did a great job on the 2020 Prius. My only disappointment was the vehicle had no Sirius Satellite radio which we did not discover until driving home after the transaction. e saw Siri on the window sticker and took it for meaning SiriusSat radio. Kind of disheartening to spend $36,000. and not have the features you want on a vehicle but that was no fault of the salesperson. It was the way it was printed on the window sticker.
