I recently found a car I wanted to buy (without financing) in car fax. Reached out to this dealership to buy the car. Basically bit my to just get throught it and out of there with car I already knew I wanted. By the way they send a review email and was told managment would contact me in 48 hours about my experience..it's been over a week so far..and nothing More

I did a search on Google for the car that I wanted and found it at Westbury Toyota. I called and went over that same day. Collin was waiting for me and had the car parked in front if the entrance. He was welcoming, personable, and immediately wanted to know what I was seeking in a car. He set me off on the test drive and worked with me when I returned on completing the purchase. He worked with me when I negotiated and respected my thoughts. There was no pressure from his end nor any gimmicks the whole time I was with him -- he was honest, transparent, and real. I appreciated that and respect how he interacts with customers. He stayed until all the finances were sorted and ensured my car was good to go. I was one of the last customers and the dealership closed. However, Collin was there to send me off. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a car to look for Collin at Westbury Toyota. More
