Picked up a Prius Prime on September 14. 16 days later, NY DMV has no clue I own the car. Cannot get my Cleanpass stickers because they have not processed my registration- the one they charge a “processin NY DMV has no clue I own the car. Cannot get my Cleanpass stickers because they have not processed my registration- the one they charge a “processing fee” for (they don’t tell you about that fee until after you get your price). Ask for a price, they tell me sticker, minus the rebate Toyota is giving. .On their own website, the specific car I am buying is listed for $900 less. After I point that out, they reduce the lrice to what the web site says. The website lists equipment in the car that is not in the car. After settling on the price, they write the invoice and add a $749 “dealer fee”. Total slime!! When I picked up the car, I was handed the key fob And left to figure out the car myself. Nobody showed me anything in the vehicle. When I got home, I see 2 plastic inserts of some kind that say they are to go on some seat part - they were not installed, so I will have to go back to the dealer. I called about the registration. 15 minutes on hold, so I hung up. I emailed the general manager and he did absolutely nothing. My advice - stay away. Very far away! Almost forgot - my salesperson, Tomas, new less about the car than I did. More
