Bought a used Venza hybrid limited edition. I was told that I would be deducted $2000 from their listed price . After trying to negotiate the price I was scammed into buying prepaid maintenance and Toyota that I would be deducted $2000 from their listed price . After trying to negotiate the price I was scammed into buying prepaid maintenance and Toyota extra care all for almost 7k extra. The dealer made it seem mandatory and did not explain I could opt out. He was also not straight forward with all the fees and I realized that the price of the car was not reduced either. Their business is very murky. Stay away! More
