Went into the dealer looking to buy a new 2025 Toyota Camry SE. I wanted to test drive one, as I had not previously done so. The salesperson, Carlos, after disappearing for 20 minutes comes back with k Camry SE. I wanted to test drive one, as I had not previously done so. The salesperson, Carlos, after disappearing for 20 minutes comes back with keys, gave them to me, and said I should go MYSELF on a test drive and disappeared again .I told him I had never gone on one by myself before, but he did not seem to care, nor had any desire to be bothered. I attempted to start the car, and it would NOT start, something about the rEAR seat needing to be adjusted. No sign of anyone else around. I have purchased cars over the years and NEVER been told to go by myself on a test drive in a vehicle I was not familiar with. The car had plastic all over its seats. As the car would NOT start, and with no salesperson around, I went back into the dealership, gave them back the key and LEFT, This is NOT professional and I would advise anyone to NOT deal with such a dealership.
