Anna Manuzzi set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day. Truck wasn't completed by the promised time and I received a call explaining the delay. Anna said it could be done but it would be ready late in the evening so I decided to pick it up in the morning. As promised my truck was be ready in the morning and Westbury Service ran truck through car wash. Little delay in getting vehicle but it was no problem for me. Everyone was professional and I am satisfied overall. Thank you Anna and to the staff at Westbury service. Big thank you to the never recognized mechanic(s). I had an issue with my car making a noise and the steering feeling off. I spoke to michelle and explained the problem and she got me taken care of and my vehicle fixed. Who knew that buying a car could be fun? Before visiting Westbury Jeep, I did my homework. I had visited 4 other dealerships and had gotten written quotes from all of them. Kazi offered to help me and boy was I happy that he did! He did not put any pressure on me at all to buy a car. Instead, per my request, he explained all of the optional packages to me in detail and patiently answered every question that I had. He managed to find a way for me to get blind spot monitoring without having to buy a comprehensive and expensive package. (No other dealership told me that I could do that.) He made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I was introduced to Andy, the store manager, who treated me as though I were truly a valued customer. After I received my car, many Westbury Jeep employees congratulated me. What a wonderful environment. I highly recommend this dealership and Kazi in particular. More

I had been to dealers who made me cry, told me I would never get approved for a After car shopping for nearly three weeks I was ready to just give up. I had been to dealers who made me cry, told me I would never get approved for a loan, tried to sell me a car that I had explained I didn't want, tried to rush me into signing papers without giving me exact numbers, etc. My car shopping experience was terrible to say the least, until I worked with James Ganga at Westbury Jeep. Saying that he is amazing is an understatement. Before car shopping I understood I would have a hard time with meeting my budget because my credit is not the greatest and I have a high credit to debt ratio because of my school loans, never did I think it would be as obnoxious as it was. However, once I went to James everything was different. He was not only very encouraging, he got me approved for a loan in less then five minutes, met the budget that I asked for, and got me into one of the cars that I had on my wish list. I would highly recommend him! He made my car shopping experience (despite how it started) a happy, quick, easy, and efficient one. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAMES! More
Terrible service This review is about the service department only. It has nothing to do wit my experience at the dealership itself. I had gotten my cat serviced twice This review is about the service department only. It has nothing to do wit my experience at the dealership itself. I had gotten my cat serviced twice since I purchased my car back in October last year. The first time I got there on a Saturday around 8 am. There was no line for the "express" lane. Yet it took about 1:30 hours to get an oil change. They claim they do an inspection of the car, but at that particular point my cat had no windshield fluid and they didn't replenish it. The second time I needed an oil change and yearly inspection. I was told it'd take an hour and a half. After more than two hours I inquired about the expected timeframe. They told me the car wa ready, but as I walked towards it, i noticed the inspection had not be done. They took the car back which took another half an hour. I spent 3 hours getting a simple oil change and an inspection which normally takes an hour tops in other service center. I did not get an apology or anything of the sort for that terrible waste of time. More

Kelly Cooper greeted me with kindness and a desire to know my situation. Not a usual thing, especially since I did not purchase my car here. So now, I have a service center for life. I was on a wait list but that lasted less than 40 minutes--And- I got there late!! Will be back when needed. I am a happy customer. More
