Great Service Experience I walked in to ask a couple question since I just purchased a new jeep, Jovany was the kind gentleman that helped me out. I was due for service/recall I walked in to ask a couple question since I just purchased a new jeep, Jovany was the kind gentleman that helped me out. I was due for service/recalls and my radio needed to be replaced. I explained to Jovany that I had a very important meeting in less then 2 hours if it wasn't able to get done in that time span, I would schedule an appointment instead. He told me not to worry and insisted to have a seat in the waiting room and enjoy some coffee that he would take care of everything. 45 minutes later he called out my name letting me know that my car was ready,I was in complete shock! The radio replacement and recalls have been completed. This was the best experience I have ever had in any service center! Dealing with Jovany was a complete pleasure! You guys have gained a very loyal customer. More

Anna Manuzzi set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day. Truck wasn't completed by the promised time and I received a call explaining the delay. Anna said it could be done but it would be ready late in the evening so I decided to pick it up in the morning. As promised my truck was be ready in the morning and Westbury Service ran truck through car wash. Little delay in getting vehicle but it was no problem for me. Everyone was professional and I am satisfied overall. Thank you Anna and to the staff at Westbury service. Big thank you to the never recognized mechanic(s).
