Amazing Service Writer and excellent service overall. I dropped my 2005 Chrysler 300 off at the dealer this mornihg for a scheduled appointment for an airbag recall. Being a "car guy" I'm always skeptical I dropped my 2005 Chrysler 300 off at the dealer this mornihg for a scheduled appointment for an airbag recall. Being a "car guy" I'm always skeptical of service writers and being sold a bunch of service that doesn't need to be done, in fact I usually try to do as much service as possible myself on my vehicles but with hectic schedules and cars getting more complicated that's not always possible. As Jay Leno says, real car guys don't get their oil changed down the block at the local Goofy Lube...so, in addition to the recall I decided to have Westbury change the oil. When I arrived I pulled in to the service line and within a few minutes Anna greated me with a stunning smile and noted all of my concerns. She asked if I wanted to wait for the vehicle but I had arrainged for my wife to pick me up. I said, well if it's not going to be too long put down that I am waiting and I will go shopping and do errands with my wife and have her drop me off when we are finished. Our timing couldn't me more perfect, as we were online to pay at the last store we stopped at the phone rang and it was Anna telling me that my car was ready. We drove back to the dealership and Anna went over the paperwork with me and I was on my way within 5 minutes. My car was given back to me with no greasy footprints or muck on the steering wheel.... in fact, look at the prices they had posted on their sales specials I think I will be bring the car back to have them detail it. More

Friendly Professional Service I was skeptical about coming to the dealer from previous bad experiences with other dealers. Upon arriving I was greeted by Michele as I pulled into t I was skeptical about coming to the dealer from previous bad experiences with other dealers. Upon arriving I was greeted by Michele as I pulled into the service lanes. She immediately made me feel welcome and it eased my nerves. I sat with her and explained what I was there for. She told me that she would call me posted on how my repairs were coming. Throughout the entire process she let me know exactly what was going on. When I picked up my jeep she was there to explain everything they had done and assured me to call her if there was anything else she could do or if I had any concerns. This was a great experience from beginning to end. More
