I had lots of specifics I was looking for in the vehicle in which she was able to find me a vehicle with everything I was looking for plus more! And the best part, I got it all for an amazing deal! Amy was very customer service oriented and not pushy like most car sales people. Even once the deal was completed, she took her time to go over all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was 100% before leaving the dealership. I highly recommend going to Westbury Jeep. I been to 2 other dealerships prior inquiring about this vehicle (Garden City and Levittown) and the poor customer service sent me running, thankfully for them it sent me to Westbury Jeep so I guess I should thank them. Westbury Jeep was a great experience. Westbury includes free CarFax information online for each of their used vehicles which is very helpful when shopping for a used car. CarFax is really a minimum requirement, but it shows the dealer is not hiding anything, and the car is actually in stock. If there is no "Free CarFax" or similar history, it's a sign you should deal with someone else! I called ahead and Westbury Jeep was accommodating to my time schedule, and to the fact that my elderly father was driving me there and that waiting a long time would be very uncomfortable for him. When we got there, we were promptly introduced to Hasan B. our salesman. Hazan was very relaxed, and showed us the car I wanted to see. The car was on another lot, and he drove us there in a big comfortable car. We took a test drive and afterward, I told Hasan that we were still shopping and I would get in touch if I decided to choose his vehicle. After shopping another 2 days, we decided on that car, but only after I had it checked by an independent mechanic. Hasan was fine with this, and took it to my mechanic himself where it was gone over, put on the lift, inspected and test driven by my trusted mechanic. The mechanic found a few minor quibbles, which Hasan and I discussed, and agreed to a slightly reduced price, and I bought the car. Buying from a dealer has some bells and whistles but they also have very helpful services. In my case, Westbury handled the titles, insurance and registration from my previous car, and made the process very easy for me. At a dealer you will pay more than the listed price, especially the sales tax many people forget about, and some inventory fees, but if you know about this before hand, it comes as no surprise. Shopping for a used car is a very stressful endeavor. Many dealers are literally out there to fleece you, bait and switch, pressure you to buy things and services you don't need nor want. Westbury and Hasan did not apply any hard sell whatsoever. In the end the value and excellent condition of the car I bought sold itself. Hasan made the process easy and stress free. While it can be less expensive to buy a car from a private party, which is generally how I go about it, in this case, there was nothing I wanted in the person-to-person market. The slight premium buying from a dealer was not unexpected, and the leg work of going to the DMV and such was happily avoided. We did not finance the car and paid cash, so I can't say anything about their financing process. In the end, Hasan and Westbury Jeep made the process easy, accommodated my fathers needs, and in the end made me a happy customer. I would definitely recommend Westbury Jeep. More
