Other dealerships you never see the manager until you start to negotiate. Great service and customer satisfaction. Easily the most enjoyable purchasing experience EVER!!! Kazi is awesome! Basically came to Westbury from Brooklyn after trying to track down a 2015 Scat Pack and finding a dealership that would honor my Aff Kazi is awesome! Basically came to Westbury from Brooklyn after trying to track down a 2015 Scat Pack and finding a dealership that would honor my Affiliate Discount. I called Westbury and there was no hesitation about it. They told me to come on over and that I did. When I got there they introduced me to Kazi. He was very friendly and very educated about all the performance cars Dodge has to offer. We spoke for a little while and I ended up deciding on ordering a 2016 Charger Scat Pack. There was absolutely NO HAGGLING involved. Without any questioning Kazi gave me my Affiliate discount and showed me the pricing/invoice of everything he sees. I knew that I was getting the best deal with him and felt great about it. I ordered on August 17th and picked it up on October 30th. During the time Kazi and I spoke at least once per week and we still speak to this day. A week after ordering he sent me my VIN number. He continued to give my updates on my cars status, new rebate information, and even sent me a picture of my car as soon as it arrived to the Dealership. I'm going to enjoy my new Scat Pack for a while but I can't wait for the day I am looking to get the newest "BIG THING". Kazi will be the first and only person I contact to get my deal done.
