Jeep Rescue I had a lot of difficulty finding a specific part for my Jeep. I had a couple of mechanic friends of mine check out the car and couldn't for the life of them figure out the issue. Within 30 minutes of my visit the problem was diagnosed and promptly resolved for a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone needing assistance with their car. More

Frustrated! We recently just bought a 2011 jeep grand cherokee (3 days ago) and we had Pete Motta to take care of us. He told us things that he claimed he would d We recently just bought a 2011 jeep grand cherokee (3 days ago) and we had Pete Motta to take care of us. He told us things that he claimed he would do but never really did them such as promising he would give us the agent's name to help us get the lowest amount for insurance. The batteries for the keys are dead and one is not even working. We didnt get the car with full tank, not even half. One of the wheels in the back has low pressure and even when we put air, air always seem to come out because car says that the same wheel has a low pressure the very next day We called him and he said he would call us back but he never did. Seriously, if you were going to sell someone a car, at least make sure that keys are working properly and at least give us a full tank. Take note, we bought this car 3 days ago! More

Excellent service I have seen great reviews of this dealership and it's service center i understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thing I s I have seen great reviews of this dealership and it's service center i understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thing I see is it is a very busy dealership and you have to be prepared to plan your service sometimes a week or two in advance. When you arrive at the dealerships service center they are polite and friendly. Inside they are the same polite friendly people you expect. They are professional . The time it took to do the recall and the service was less then their stated two hours so nothing to complain about and my Durango came back to me the same as I gave it to them, clean. Thank you Westbury Dodge and keep up the excellent service! Hope your building upgrades get done soon! You need more space lol More

Not only have I received great deals but the staff has always stood behind the product, with speed and class. As for the service department, in all my years of dealing with mechanics not one can hold a candle to Westbury Jeep's service department. They have always been there and beyond the call of duty. For example my wife was having some vehicle trouble on the Sourhern state Parkway She called Wesybury Jeep and they connected her to the service department. The lady in service "Kelly cooper " stayed on the phone with my wife until she pulled into the dealership, that is professionalism plus 10 in my book. These are the type procedures that are carried out at this dealership. I am proud to say that 3 drivers in our home drive a Jeep from this dealership and in a year and a half when my youngest drives it will be 4 Jeeps. More
