Excellent Customer Service/Shows concerns 4 Customer Safety First time going to the service center in the evening on a Friday night. Originally thought I had a slow leak with one of my tires. Thought all was ne First time going to the service center in the evening on a Friday night. Originally thought I had a slow leak with one of my tires. Thought all was needed was a quick fix. Upon further investigation, there was a nail in it. In a location that can't be fixed. Needed a new tire. No problem. WRONG! When the tech working on my vehicle removed the tire he also noticed I needed new break pads & rotors. I asked for a loaner being that my break pads were low & I live in Queens. Quite a distance. However, worth the great service. From the Loaner Dept. Ms. Yvonne made sure at the last minute I was accommodated. Monday I received a phone call from Service Advisor 2478 Derric Nettles. Explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle & informed me I will get a call when everything is done. Derric called me back Tuesday. Vehicle was ready for pick up & he informed me they washed it. Smooth sailing all the way around. More
