All around good salesperson We traded in our 08 Town and Country for a 2012 T & C. We were greeted by the receptionist who Introduced us to Allie. Allie was a gentleman, not pushy during the entire process. He never tried to up sell us, only showing us vehicles in our price range. We had a couple of bumps in the process. One dead key fob (only needed a battery) which he actually took the money out of his own pocket to pay for. At pickup time we saw damage on the front bumper, we pointed it out to Allie and he wrote up a repair request for it. After taking possession of the vehicle we were notified that the inspection had to be updated, we discovered that the vent window switch did not work and we needed wiper blades. All these issues were efficiently handled by the service department. Bobby Bawega who handled the extended warranty was very helpful as well. We will make Westbury Jeep our first stop when purchasing our next van and definitely ask for Allie. More

None of the dealers wanted to take the time out to go over my options with returning my lease in 3 months early. Over the coarse of a week Jeff came up with numerous vehicle options and monthly payments through email,text & phone calls around my busy work schedule without me driving all the way to the dealer being it is almost 2 hours away from my house. After we worked out some numbers and found the vehicle I wanted I drove to the dealer on my day off. When I arrived the vehicle was already detailed, paper work was waiting (with no hidden fees). I test drove the vehicle and signed the papers and was on my way. This was a great experience all around friendly staff, no hidden fees & a ton of inventory to choose from.
