Great Experience, No Pressure Sales Team I have never had such a fantastic experience like this one in the 25 years that I have been purchasing and/or leasing vehicles. I started investigating my next lease vehicle long before I should have (8 months before my current lease would terminate). Marcos Guillen understood that this sale would not happen for at least 8 months but still took the time to answer all of my questions, provide a test drive, explain all of the different options available, etc. Most of the other dealerships I visited would not give me the time of day once they knew that I was not ready to purchase that day or in the very near future. I wanted very specific options that were not what he had on his lot so he assisted me in special ordering the vehicle. He then contacted me frequently to provide updates (Whenever I started to get curious about the status of my vehicle, within days I would get a call from him), I never had to call him for updates. My company had contacts with another Dodge dealer and they offered a slightly better deal and was located a block away from my office. I chose Marcos because of his excellent customer service. More
