A call back came quickly from Sue Pou (internet sales) and she was pleasant, encouraging and gave me the name of my salesperson (Miles Colon). Miles promptly called me, listened to my wishes intently and we were able to set up a test drive of the EXACT car I had seen on the website. This was not a rushed ride, and Miles had the answers to all my questions - which were many. When I started asking about extras, we went to the off lot storage area and spent at least 1/2 an hour walking and talking about cars. No push, no hassle, just straight forward knowledgeable conversation. We crunched numbers in every scenario I desired and when I said I will sleep on it, no hassle! I was given copies of everything he used to determine my quote. The next morning I called and ran a number by him. Instead of pushing back, he asked if I'd like to speak directly to a manager - Asher Bulbul. Asher listened to me intently and called me back in less than 5 minutes with a fair counter offer (naturally I had researched pricing). Even the price for my trade in was straight forward and well within my expectations.No muss - no fuss. A few minutes later, Miles called and asked what time I'd like to come and and get the deal done. I arrived about 1045 and after Asher came over t see how I was doing I met Mike Quattalaro - the financial guy. I have bought many new cars over the years, and was ready for the hard sell on this, that, and magical whatever stuff. It never happened. Mike was professional, friendly, and gave me about 12 different options to do what I wanted to do, with no push whatsoever. as Miles and I finished signing the paperwork, my car arrived outside the window - clean, mean and thing in the sun - My 2016 Challenger RT plus classic left my 2010 Mustang GT (and the 2015 for that matter) in the dust. If you are frustrated with your current dealer's service - This is the place to go for one the the best customer service experiences I have ever received. My faith is restored! I was looking to trade in my 2015 Ram for something else that would lower my payments. I had to go into and walk out of at least 7 dealerships because I was looking to trade in my 2015 Ram for something else that would lower my payments. I had to go into and walk out of at least 7 dealerships because they were showing me cars that were MORE than what I owed and/or were offering too little for my truck. When I went to Westbury Dodge I explained to the girl at the counter that I had no problem walking out of there if they couldn't. or wouldn't help me. She introduced me to Marty and he did the right thing. I explained everything to him and he only showed me cars that i was interested in and were in my price range. Being it was near the end of the day we scheduled an appointment to test drive on another day. When I went back he went over some other cars with me that he found since our last meeting showing me that he did his research even without me there. I test drove some cars and left later that day in my new car! Marty was very helpful in every step of the way from picking a car to getting financing to learning how to work my new car. Marty now has my business and referrals for as long as he works there. More
