COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM On Wednesday January 20, 2016, my wife and I went to our scheduled appointment at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge at approximately 6:30 PM. We have rece On Wednesday January 20, 2016, my wife and I went to our scheduled appointment at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge at approximately 6:30 PM. We have recently added on to our family with twin girls, and were looking to possibly purchase a reliable mini-van. The impending "blizzard" approaching the tri-state area was also a factor. Upon reaching the dealership, we were quickly attended to and introduced to Marty. Marty greeted my wife and I with a pleasant attitude and inquired as to what type of vehicle we were interested in. As we searched for a vehicle, we had a conversation about life and work. Marty seemed genuine and transparent when he discovered me and my wife's ages, and he felt compelled to share some of his life's experience with us. He shared candidly of having had gone through a divorce some years back which resulted in him "starting over", as well as his recent battle with an illness. As we were in conversation, Marty managed to maintain his professionalism, and helped to meet our vehicle needs. At approximately 9:00 P.M., we agreed on a deal for a Town and Country Mini-Van.
