I was looking at a specific car at another dealership when I saw a car at Westbury Jeep that caught my interest. I made an appointment after confirming that the car was in stock. I met with Pat Bruni, who went over the details of the car, gave me a copy of the Carfax and explained the benefits of buying a car from Westbury Jeep. When it came time to look at the car Pat brought me down to the other lot and I was able to look at the car. I didn't think I would be able to test drive it since it was blocked in between two other cars with the keys back at Westbury Jeep. Pat, once again, went the extra mile to get the keys and move the cars so I could test drive the car. After the test drive, we went back to Westbury Jeep to play with some numbers. The car was listed at $21,980 I asked for $980 off the list price, not much, which Lisa, one of the managers I believe, told me she can do that price if I finance through Westbury Jeep. I strongly suggested I didn't want to do that and instead of going back and forth I asked how much it would be to just buy it out without mentioning financing through Westbury Jeep. She said $21,500. Done. After that, I spoke with Faith Egan who offered me a really great warranty and got the rest of my paperwork together, she was not pushy at all which was a huge relief!! Two days later I went back in, met with Pat again, paid for the car and picked it up in about an hour, all clean and ready to go. It was by far the most painless experience I have had buying a car. I was treated with courtesy by the manager when I brought the car back to the dealership. She quickly arranged for the service department to correct the problem. During the service period I received a loaner car to drive. The leak was fixed in a timely manner and the service department personnel were extremely helpful & well-organized. More
