A Patient & honest Salesperson will always get a deal Done! Mike Pettasi and Westbury Dodge not only sold me one Ram but two Rams in 8 months. First time was last August 2015 after calling many dealerships and Mike Pettasi and Westbury Dodge not only sold me one Ram but two Rams in 8 months. First time was last August 2015 after calling many dealerships and purchasing many Dodge vehicles over the past 20 years and never being quite happy with the salesman and dealership, i finally had Mike Pettasi on the phone and then went to Westbury Dodge and made a deal with him that night. He was very knowledgable of Ram Trucks and really listened to me and my needs regarding the new truck purchase and was willing to create a deal that worked for both of us. The Ram 1500 is working great, i am very satisfied. Then i contacted him a couple months later for another vehicle and again i had certain requirements and over the months he tried a couple times to make something work but the deals just didnt fit my requirements. Mike and myself are very Patient people and just last week i reached out to him on a Saturday and signed a deal on Sunday , and took delivery on Monday. The time was right, the vehicle i was looking for was finally available and the rebates were just right. All the stars were aligned. I would highly reccommend Mike and his Team at Westbury Dodge! My used car had to be returned to prep after purchase because no fluids were filled, brakes were overheating and bar bushings had to be replaced, and there was a nail in the tire. They actually let the car off the lot like that. I would go back based on how great sales dept is - but definitely triple check that they actually prep your car. The service dept is absolute mayhem with very long wait times should you have to take it back, and management never even provided so much as an apology, let alone called me back. More
