I then spoke to the financial officer who stated he would speak with the manager and get back to me. Four months later still no response. Then in the same week the dealership and my salesperson sent a email for a survey. I again advised the salesperson that I still different receive the manual he told me to email my phone number which he has already had for 4 months. That was three weeks since I sent him my number. I still waiting for my call back. More
