Best Car Dealership Experience!!! I recently bought a car from MARTIN LAVERGNE & he was the best. I requested to work with him because 3 of my friends bought cars from him & they rave I recently bought a car from MARTIN LAVERGNE & he was the best. I requested to work with him because 3 of my friends bought cars from him & they raved about how helpful he was. He worked on getting the price of the car down & made sure that the car I was trading in was appraised at a good amount, in the end. Between MARTIN LAVERGNE & JAMES GANGA, the great business manager, I left with a newer car & a lower car payment. I'm bringing my sister to him this weekend. Great Customer Service and communication On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presid On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presidents Day!) by the dealer and asked if I could come right in. I was set up with a loaner on someone that canceled. Lucky me. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by Manny, the service writer. He took down all my concerns, info and made sure I knew where to pick up the loaner car. Cat (Kat) took care of the loaner car papers quickly and efficiently and got me into a loaner. 4:29PM for a call from Manny, my service writer that the car is all ready to go, the issue was some open software updates and a faulty oil sending switch. It is pretty clear to me that this whole team cares that your taken care of and satisfied. I will be picking up after work today! More
