Ignored at a Car Dealership We had heard that Westbury Jeep was good so we went there to purchase a Jeep Cherokee. After driving for about a half hour we arrived. The reception We had heard that Westbury Jeep was good so we went there to purchase a Jeep Cherokee. After driving for about a half hour we arrived. The receptionist took our name, asked us to take a seat and told us that a sales person would be with us shortly. We waited in a their non-exciting waiting area for over 45 minutes. No one came to speak with us explaining the wait to meet with a sales person nor did anyone say anything about when we could meet with a sales person. We wanted to get a deal done so we looked up other Jeep dealers and decided to leave and go to Town and Country in Levittown. As we were walking out we told the receptionist to take us off the list. Standing next to her at the receptionist desk were several employees, one of whom appeared to be a manager and the others could have been sales people. The only one who said anything as we walked out was the receptionist who said "sorry" and "have a good night." We went to Town and Country, received prompt and courteous service, and purchased a Cherokee. More
