I love this dealership! The service department is always amazing and caters to my needs. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased. Sales this time was not at all a pleasure to deal with. I was quite disappointed in the service that I received. I was lied to a few times and I felt like they just didn’t care enough about my needs. The prep team always does a terrible job at cleaning the vehicle before I get it. This is the third time receiving a vehicle that has either previous debris, pieces of rag stuck in corners on the exterior of the car, smudgy windows, just a yucky feeling in general inside the car. This time was definitely not a good experience. It’s sad that a returning customer like myself received such bad service. I would still recommend this dealership due to my first 2 experiences as well as the service departments hospitality. More
