another update my review, last week, regarding my experience with the service department, was,critical. from the way they handled my attempt at a tow, to the way th my review, last week, regarding my experience with the service department, was,critical. from the way they handled my attempt at a tow, to the way they handled a loaner car. in the name of fairness, here is another update. too often customers have problems / complaints in the way they are treated at a particular establishment, and the owner goes silent. only responds to the positive reviews and completly ignores negative ones. today, Angela, from the customer service dept,. reached out to me; wanting to hear what happenned. as i mentioned earlier, the road service was not the real issue. i was surprised it was not available in nyc. she explained, to my satisfaction, why it was not. the bigger issue, for both of us, was the unavailablity of a loaner which made using their service center impractical. there were other issues as well, which she is working on trying to right the situation. that is all anyone has a right to ask. i am very appreciative that she reached out to me twice, and will continue to tryto find a resolution that is satisfactory for us both. thank you angela More
Poor Customer Service I brought my car in for service with an appointment and after my car had not been seen for a few days, due to delays in their shop, I called and spoke I brought my car in for service with an appointment and after my car had not been seen for a few days, due to delays in their shop, I called and spoke to the service manager. Although my repairs took longer than I had expected, the service manager apologized for the delay and followed up with me on my repairs and even offered me a free detail on my car for the inconvenience. This dealership handled my complaint quickly and professionally and my car is now running like new again. More
overall positive I purchase a 2011 wrangler for my daughter in dec. 2017, and intentionally waited before posting my review. my salesman was anthony. very knowledgeab I purchase a 2011 wrangler for my daughter in dec. 2017, and intentionally waited before posting my review. my salesman was anthony. very knowledgeable. felt comfortable asking him questions and trusted his answers. i was not very happy that the dealership played incredible hardball with the price. they would only eliminate the dealer prep cost, which equates to just over 2% of the asking price. not even consider including running boards, which retail, not cost, just a few hundred. i had two choices; take the very bad deal or leave it behind and disappoint my daughter. needless to say the last choice was no option. after purchasing the vehicle my mechanic looked it over and found a few things wrong, but overall said it was in good condition. i called westbury within the 30 day window and told them of the problems and made an appointment. all of the problems that i brought to their attention were addressed and fixed. when purchasing the vehicle, i was promised that if there was a problem within the 30 days they would take care of it. they kept their word and i thank them for that. buying a used car can be a hazards experience. westbury made it easier by selling a quality used car, then standing behind their quality guarantee. Good Service is still a part of the Dodge buying experience. Nice to see that value to the consumer is job one. Earlier this year I bought a 2016 SRT Dodge Challenger from Westbury Dodge on Long Island, New Yo Nice to see that value to the consumer is job one. Earlier this year I bought a 2016 SRT Dodge Challenger from Westbury Dodge on Long Island, New York. I live in New Hampshire and located the car via the Internet. It was a left over and had 19 miles on the odometer; still new. It had been sitting on the Westbury lot for 435 days. I will admit I definitely felt a little vulnerable because I knew this dealership would only see me once. All service on the car going forward would be conducted by Bonneville and Son Dodge of Manchester, New Hampshire. This was a relationship I had yet to establish. I made a 5 hour drive down over the Thanksgiving break arriving at the end of the day to purchase the car. Jader Reyes was my salesman for the transaction. The sale was 4efficient, professional and uncomplicated. This was important to me because my goal was to catch the ferry off the east end of the island which would shorten my drive home to NH. As I hit the highway for the drive home and brought the car up to speed, there was distinct vibration the back of the car. Right away I identified that this was a tire vibration probably due to the car sitting on the lot for so many days. Low-profile tires have a proclivity to flat spots from storage. I already knew this from other cars that I had owned with similar tires. Most times as the rubber warms up the vibration improves dramatically and this was the case with the Challenger. As I drove home, the vibration became less and less evident. By the time I returned to New Hampshire the vibration was noticeable but not debilitating. I brought the car into Bonneville and Son Dodge for a state inspection and a road force balance tire service. This would also allow me to establish a service relationship with a local dealership for my new car. Mark Dickerson was my service advisor. Upon inspection of the car and attempt to balance the tires, he had to deliver the news that after 400+ days sitting on the lot the tires were too severely flat spotted to balance. All four tires were going to have to be replaced. What happened next is the reason why I am writing the article. Mark reached out to the service manager, Domenick Denovellis at Westbury Dodge. Westbury Dodge agreed to assume all responsibility for the replacement of the tires and all labor to rebalance and reinstall them on the car. Bonneville and Son ordered the tires and did all the work and I was never presented with a bill. I call this an exceptional service experience. Dodge has certainly won my loyalty going forward. I would like to thank Jader Reyes, Domenick Denovellis and Mark Dickerson for bringing service back to the American car buying experience. At first I was very concerned about my ability to locate a car over the Internet at a dealership three states away and still have a positive buying experience if there was a problem with the car. Clearly, Dodge has figured out how to thrive in the global economy created by the Internet. Dealerships willing to collaborate with each other to maintain the customer experience is the key ingredient! Thank you all! More

I met and worked with Krystal over the course of a few days. She was extremely knowledgeable in the models I was considering, and was more than patient with questions. She made a point to not only test drive the Durango with me, but insisted I also test drive the Ram, which ultimately became my vehicle of choice. She made certain to stay involved in every step of accomplishing the deal, and I am happy to have had the opportunity to work with her. It was very evident that she has a knowledge and passion for the products. I highly recommend the dealership, and most certainly recommend seeking Krystal for your purchase. More
An inherent problem with Chyslers on Long Island. So this is a continuation of my issue with a Lemon Trailhawk I am driving around sold to me and Mis-serviced by Security Dodge. Westbury and their sales Guru Mike Goldberg swore up and down they could work out a great deal for me to get out of my Lemon Jeep. Well of course that was a scam. Supposedly this mystery Regional Chrysler rep (Chris) whom never called me from an discoverable phone line or emailed me, supposedly gave me 5k in Chrysler cash? to get out of my car and get into something new. Well I am no genius but after the 5k and supposedly the best pricing they can give anyone..(they said they were making nothing on the transaction) I was still at a 540.00 payment. Hmmmm Best pricing 5k in Monopoly money and their best deal still didn't get my payment below my current payment. Plus they offered me 18,5 for my current Lemon. I just got an letter from another dealer saying they would give me 21k for my jeep. Add on top of this rare call backs from the dealer, NO calls from the regional mystery ghost and a Jeep that I am stuck with that is potentially dangerous with a fuel combustion issue. Chrysler does not care about your family! Bottom line. They will only get the hint when loyal customers..I am 3 jeeps in start to buy Japanese, Korean or German. If you are the top to just buy at MSRP see these guys. IF you are looking for a fair price and honesty don't go to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. More

The second you walk in you are warmly greeted by the front desk who pages for your salesperson which in my case was Ira. All smiles sat me and my fiancé down I told him what I was looking for and we got straight to it. Ira was not pushy at all And very honest we 100 percent felt a trustworthy connection dealing with him. When we came back to pick up my beautiful new Jeep and finalize some paper work we waited a few minutes for the plates to be switched and for them to pull the car up which in that time were offered coffee and stayed entertained by walking around and looking at all the shiny cars they have in their showroom. Ira then took us outside to explain all the settings and functions in my new car (which he already had warmed up) thourouly explained everything even gave us a good luck red bow, and then we were on our way. Needless to say it was an awesome experience and I highly Recommend this dealer and especially Ira!! More
