Great Customer Service and communication On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presid On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presidents Day!) by the dealer and asked if I could come right in. I was set up with a loaner on someone that canceled. Lucky me. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by Manny, the service writer. He took down all my concerns, info and made sure I knew where to pick up the loaner car. Cat (Kat) took care of the loaner car papers quickly and efficiently and got me into a loaner. 4:29PM for a call from Manny, my service writer that the car is all ready to go, the issue was some open software updates and a faulty oil sending switch. It is pretty clear to me that this whole team cares that your taken care of and satisfied. I will be picking up after work today! More

Easy Car Buying I find the entire staff very friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the mangers, business mangers and the service staff. This is my second car from Westbury jeep and the service is outstanding. The Sales teams are not pushy or try to sell you something you don't want. Brain Thomas helped me this time and listened to what I wanted in my new car and my preferred color. He searched their inventory and found just the car I was looking for with just what I requested nothing extra. During the entire process Brain did not try to sell me other features. He was kind enough to explain some other options but did not push. The Sales Manager Wayne also came over and introduced himself but here again he was not pushy and stated he just wanted to say Hi. The experience at Westbury Jeep is like none I have ever had before. At other dealers I have visited the try to push you into a sale and extra options and then the sales Managers comes over to push you to but right then. None of this happens at Westbury Jeep. As I mentioned this is my second experience buying from Westbury Jeep and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or SUV to go to Westbury Jeep as you will get what you want with no pressure and have a great experience from the time you walk in the door until drive out with your new car. More

Avoid!! Made up BS rule about loaner car. I have nothing against the service advisors, but definitely management, or whoever makes decision. Loaner cars take an average of 2-3 weeks to book an appointment for, which is long, but whatever my works schedule is weird, as well as I can't just leave the car there so most of my appointments are booked well in advance. Booked my appointment early January, for 2/6/17, to get notified by my advisor that I will not be getting a loaner car. The reason behind this was because the last time I had a loaner car, I got into an "accident", which my insurance paid out completely for. I was told that my loaner car privelages were removed, and there is a note on my account so that I cannot take a loaner car out. Accidents happen, that's what insurance is for, my accident was due to the fact that someone blew a stop I thought he was going to T bone me, so I sped up and hit the car in front of me. This was my first accident in probabaly 10 years or so. Since my last visit as well, they were replacing a recall trim piece on my car, and damaged a piece next to it, and they ever replaced, having said they said they would. Basically wasted my few weeks for that appointment to get notified that I can't have the service. More
