CROOKS Brought 2011 Dodge Durango for $25000 with warranty late Feb. 2017. As of today, August 4, 2017, less than five months later I had to have hoses repl Brought 2011 Dodge Durango for $25000 with warranty late Feb. 2017. As of today, August 4, 2017, less than five months later I had to have hoses replaced because of leaks, Brake pump replaced and windshield wiper motor replaced. Was there on Monday, 7/31/17 to have break pump replaced. On Friday, 8/4/17 windshield wiper did not work. It was working when I brought the car on 7/31/17 and I have not used the wipers since before 7/31/17. I continue to have to pay $100 deductible every time I go there. Its like they break stuff on purpose so I have to come back and pay. Never have I been offered a loaner care. This is a nightmare and one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Now my car is at their service shop and I just get a call that they have to order the motor and it will not be in until Wednesday or Thursday so I cannot drive my vehicle in the rain until they get the part and fix it. I am at their mercy and cannot do anything about it. They are crooks and I will never buy a vehicle from them again or refer anyone to them. More

Purchased a "Certified Preowned" Vehicle I financed a Certified Preowned vehicle from Westbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and really wish I had gone somewhere else. I saw a CPO vehicle online a I financed a Certified Preowned vehicle from Westbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and really wish I had gone somewhere else. I saw a CPO vehicle online and decided to make the drive from Connecticut and check it out. Vehicle looked good, no scratches and nothing was pointed out to me by mike. Upon delivery of the vehicle I noticed there was a scratch and peeling paint on the bumper. The salesman said he would see what could be done but kept passing paperwork to me to be signed. I felt as if he could care less about my concern and just wanted to finish the deal and move on with his day. Shockingly when I asked again about what would be done about the peeling paint on a CPO vehicle he said nothing would be done. Westbury's slogan is "We Will Satisfy You" I don't think I could be more DISSATISFIED. The salesman DID NOT even walk me out to the car. DID NOT explain anything about the car or its function to me. The salesman did slide the keys across the desk and said I've got nothing else for you. The car WAS NOT washed/detailed even though I called ahead before. Instead I see my salesman peeling the stickers off the window leaving paper and sticky residue on the windows and in-between the windows and the door which remain there currently mostly due to his lack of care. When I walked out to the car I came back into the dealership to ask about setting up the 3 months of free sirius radio (which i assumed was already set up). He had me take pictures of instructions on how to set it up. Still would not set up or explain any of the functions of the vehicle to me. I found out that the vanity lights and the interior lights were inoperable. I asked him when i can bring it in to be fixed and he replies do it yourself. Mike or Tyler obviously DID NOT look the vehicle over making sure simple things were in fact working. None of the tire pressures were anywhere near matching. Everything from 48psi to 28psi. Safety is also not one of their main concerns. Upon arriving home to Connecticut I noticed that my key FOBS were missing the chrysler logo from the FOB. I asked what could be done and he said nothing would be done. My entire experience has been horrible and I have voiced my concerns to Mike and at every chance he has let me down time and time again. Seems to me like Westbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram could care less about your business or your experience at their dealership. I wasnt even introduced to a sales manager upon leaving. If you are looking for a great experience this IS NOT the dealership for you. More

I had the pleasure of working with Tyl I just traded in a 2014 Infiniti Q50 for a 2017 Grand Cherokee and I have to say the transaction was seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler and he was great. Wasn't aggressive and gave me what I wanted. I was pricing the vehicle in two other Jeep dealerships, but they didn't get it. Rather than getting me what I wanted they were trying to push what they wanted. At the end of the day this is the reason why I will be back in tomorrow to trade out my 2nd vehicle for a Durango! Really spacious dealership, not cluttered like others. More
