She was friendly, cordial, and promptly followed up with the information I needed. These big service centers often can lack appropriate customer service, but Angela changed my mind about that. If you take your vehicle in for service at Westbury Jeep Service, Angela is the one to see. If she’s not the manager of that Department, she surely should be. More

Customer Service assured me it was nothing to worry about. So I didn’t till I needed my car which wouldn’t start with my key fob. I tried doing it manually and the car didn’t react to anything. I immediately got the extra key fob I had stored in a draw and of course that didn’t work either. I had it towed to Westbury Jeep on 111 Bond Street. I didn’t receive a call to even say my car arrived. So the next day I called and the person that was in charge of having my car serviced is Dominic Denovellis. I wasn’t sure what might be happening with my car, so like any normal person, I asked questions. Dominic acted RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Dominic couldn’t answer any of my questions as he doesn’t have any knowledge of his job. Dominic kept saying he didn’t know and he’ll get to it when he’ll get to it. Dominic is very RUDE, IGNORANT person. Days kept going by and he didn’t have one mechanic look at my car. Still not having and knowledge of what’s going on and no answers to my questions. No loaner car for me to commute to and from my employment. Supposedly there wasn’t enough cars to loan. But yet, there’s 15 Jeep dealerships in the area and they can’t loan one. I’ve called again and left messages to find out what’s happening with my car. When he returned my call, Dominic continued to be RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. He mentioned how he didn’t know anything about any recalls. You would think, this is his job and he would have some knowledge of recalls or do some kind of research before you answer any questions. He answered, “not that I know of.” Dominic is an ignorant person. He has no knowledge of his job. He also needs to take Customer Service classes and learn how to talk to Customers because he obviously hasn’t learned that skill. He had my car for a week without giving me answers, no loaner, no credit on my lease. When I had enough of his stupidity, I mentioned to Dominic I don’t want to converse with him in the future and asked for someone else. Dominic insisted that I have to speak to him since he’s the boss. I explained again I do not want to engage in any conversation with him and he transferred me over to a Customer Service Rep named Angela. Angela spoke over me, not letting me speak. She didn’t take the time to listen or answer any questions and continued to be just as rude and obnoxious as her boss Dominic. Angela assured me that she filed my complaint to Director of Westbury Jeep and I will receive a call from him shortly which was a lie because I never received any type of call. Well after 12 days, I received my car. No loaner for the entire duration my car was being fixed. COMMUNICATION SKILLS WENT OUT THE DOOR WITH WESTBURY JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This service once again from everyone I have spoken to, is HORRIBLE. They need to take special classes to help them learn proper etiquette. Mannerisms is the key to proper customer service which obviously is not at this Jeep Dealer. I would never return to this dealer for any type of service nor will I ever lease or buy from any Jeep Dealer again. Jeep has lost me and my family as customers. I am spreading this complaint to everyone I know, on as many sites as I possibly can to show how customer service and just being polite goes a long way and I didn’t receive that here at Westbury Jeep Service Department. GOODBYE FOREVER JEEP. I will no longer lease or buy. Sayonara. More

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - ALFA Involving management at Alfa of Westbury will only serve to make matters worse. My vehicle was towed to the service center on 3/31/18 (when the vehicle mechanically broke down (again) and has had repeated issues since delivery in late Oct. 2017). I was not contacted by the service dept. I repeatedly called and left messages and never got a response. I finally called to speak to my service advisor (Fernando Maia) who would no longer return my calls or texts. When asking the receptionist for Fernando, she transferred me and a man by the name of Tim Doyle (service director) answered on his behalf. I was finally informed (as a result of my own efforts in following-up) that Westbury's Service Dept. will 1. Not service the vehicle (which they sold me), 2. Would not reimburse for the tow off of the Grand Central Parkway and 3. that they would not provide a loaner either. Tim conducted himself like a rude unprofessional child on the call and cited the review I posted on google as to my personal experience with the Westbury Alfa Romeo Dealership and Service Dept. "Avoid at all costs right?" he said. How petty and unprofessional can you be? Everything in the review was true and I stand by everything that was written. FCA Corporate case managers got involved and directed the Westbury dealership/service dept. to have the Lemon vehicle towed to ALFA of Manhattan for Service as this dealership refused to service the very vehicle that it sold. (Ridiculous I know.) I spoke with Keith Donnelly and he mirrored Tim Doyle's sentiments. He was just as petty as Tim Doyle (cut from the same cloth) as he also made reference to the review I had posted on Google of their dealership. Keith advised that he would be sending me the documents I have been requesting for weeks via "overnight mail" so I can properly complete the NYS Attorney General's forms pursuant to Lemon Law - and of course that never came. Just another blatant lie in an effort to delay the inevitable. The vehicle has been in Westbury's care, custody and control as of 3/31/18. FCA Corporate directed that the vehicle be towed to Manhattan based on Westbury's refusal to service the vehicle. As of 4/4/18 4:45pm I called and requested to speak with Keith to request why the car has not been towed to Manhattan since they were unwilling to service the vehicle. Of course he did not take the call. They believe they can just wipe their hands of their neglect and unprofessional conduct. Unfortunately, it is not that easy. With everyday that passes they only serve to compound the damages stemming from their gross, wanton and willful conduct. Save yourself the grief and aggravation. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT CONTINUOUSLY MALFUNCTIONS AND REFUSE TO SERVICE IT. More

At time of delivery he went over all the options again and helped me hook up my phone. I really appreciated the time he spent with me. Past dealings with other dealerships once your paperwork is signed the Sales person runs off to find another potential buyer. Not Martin! Thank you again. I'm loving my Jeep!!!! :) More

The salesman, Anthony Sr., did not listen to a word we said. He kept showing us super tricked out, way over budget cars. In the end we got so frustrated we just decided to buy a brand new wrangler with little or no upgrades. I have never been so mocked and ridiculed by a salesman in my life. He made us feel like we were the cheapest people on the planet. The day we picked up the car, he kept us waiting for over an hour, even though we made an "appointment" with the woman who schedules such things earlier in the week. Once we were finally seen, Anthony continued with the jabs about how "cheap" our car was. Call em crazy, but 29,000 for a car for a 17 year old boy does not sound cheap to me. After another few rounds of mocking, we were hit with all the additional fees that we were NOT made aware of. Then came the deep sighs and furrowed brow because we only had a personal check with us to cover these additional fees. This was the single worst car buying experience of my life and I have been buying new cars, of all makes and models, for 30 years. Hate this place and will never go back. In fact, we just bought our daughter a car. The one dealership we absolutely would not consider- Westbury Jeep. More

Came in on time and was told to wait for a representative to see my car and inspect the car for possible trade in or sale. Waited until 10am without anyone seeing me and after multiple times of asking the front desk if someone will come see my car. Out of frustration, I left. Wasted my time here. More

But, I kept going back to the Jeep Grand Cherokee, specifically for the 4x4. My old car, an Infiniti QX4, was my ultimate. Luxury at its best but a beast in the snow. I had visited numerous Jeep dealerships over the summer but kept coming back to Westbury Jeep. I even had a connect at another Jeep dealership, but it just didn't feel right. Then one evening in December, my sister and I said decided to go to Westbury Jeep. I think she was over me using her car every day. Once we pulled in, I was immediately drawn to the black 2017 Grand Cherokee parked in the back. We went inside and met Mike Foschino. There was something different about Mike. He was friendly, relaxed and most importantly, didn't act like a car salesman (no offense). He listened to what we wanted and needed. I asked him if he had any new loaners for sale and he said yes. The only one, the black 2017 Grand Cherokee. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was my car. It just felt right and I was comfortable. Mike explained everything about the car, what it did and didn't do. He let me drive the car for a little longer than usual. I think he could tell how much I loved it. We put a deposit down because I had to come back with my mom and I didn't want anyone to take it. I wasn’t a hundred percent sure if we were going to get the car, but my sister and I liked Mike and the car, and as I said, everything felt right. Long story short, we purchased the car. We checked out a few other Chrysler dealerships, but Westbury Jeep not only had the best deals but the best customer service. We appreciated the patience Mike had with us and then our mom. He answered EVERYTHING. We then spoke to Amy Galarza, the finance manager at Westbury Jeep. She was terrific! She took the time to explain the different warranties and kept it real with us every step of the way. Amy helped us out wherever she could which meant a lot because when making a big purchase like this, wherever you can save, helps. Then, there was Bob. Although we never got to meet Bob, he was also one of the reasons why we bought the car. He may not have known it, but he was. While the perks undoubtedly influenced my decision to purchase my car from Westbury Jeep, the customer service sealed the deal. Everyone there is awesome. I keep repeating myself but its true. I know this is a business and people are trying to sell cars, and some tend to fake the funk, but I didn’t experience that at all at Westbury Jeep. Mike and Amy were fantastic. They were exceptional and we appreciated everything they did for us. I believe good work should be acknowledged and rewarded and I hope these two individuals get their well-deserved kudos! *After purchasing the Grand Cherokee, I was still had to obtain my second set of keys and Mike went ahead and started that process for me immediately. I called back a few times to see what was happening and Leanne, (I believe that's her name) who works in the front, was beyond helpful. She called the service center and spoke to everyone to see when my key would be ready. Thank you to her as well!* While I still have a few questions about the car ( I think the fog lights don’t work, they've never turned on-it could just be me!), I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I’m going to schedule my first service maintenance hopefully within the next week or so, and I’m looking forward to it. Everything about the car is perfect!! Thank you to everyone at Westbury Jeep. Mike, Amy, and Bob, you guys are awesome!! I know I'll be back in the future!! More
