Our salesperson Michael Cerritos was super nice and easy going with no pressure, the manager Lisa Amblo was fantastic and very upfront. We really felt that there was transparency which is usually pretty rare at dealerships. When it came time to do the financing it couldn't have been easier and super quick. This was our 1st deal with Westbury and for sure will not be our last. We had test driven our car and then came back another day to pick it up. The car was perfectly clean and detailed..they even cleaned inside the doors which is usually overlooked. Lots of attention to detail. It's a little far from where we live out in Stony Book but well worth the trip! We will be back for our next Jeep! More

Horrible Experience. I went into the Westbury dealership based on an ad that was put in the paper. They had little to no inventory left of the "promotional" cars that were I went into the Westbury dealership based on an ad that was put in the paper. They had little to no inventory left of the "promotional" cars that were advertised. They would not match the ad price for the car I wanted, but I ended up putting a deposit down anyway. They were supposed to run my credit and get back to me within a couple of days to finalize the deal. Never heard from them. Two weeks later they finally called me and said I had been approved and they had the car being shipped from Staten Island. I told them I no longer wanted it. My salesperson was Tom C. Horrible follow-up. Horrible service. I did not feel like a valued customer here. More
