Servicing my vehicle at Westbury dodge is by far the worst car servicing experience i ever had. My car sat here for a month and nothing got accomplished and the parts that they put on were all defective worst car servicing experience i ever had. I waited for a “splash guard” since it came cracked from the showroom when i purchased the vehicle back in June until now , oct 1 it got replaced and they couldn’t even install it correctly. I think the only thing they did right was a simple oil change. You would think a $90,000 car they would have more care to fix properly but when I come pick it up theirs scratches all over the car, and nothing accomplished. If you’re looking to get your car serviced stay far away from this place. The valet drivers drive customers vehicles like it’s a scene of a fast and furious movie no respect for customers cars. I took my truck in for service and they hit the driver side rear door. Paint doesn't match till today 6-22-2022 and they then hit my front bumper. I am writing this as a warning to anyone who is thinking about using this Service center. I have had to bring my car in 8 times because of a roof leak Each time they kept my car for at least a month and s about using this Service center. I have had to bring my car in 8 times because of a roof leak Each time they kept my car for at least a month and several times more than a month. One time I left my aluminum thermos on the counter called them up right away ask them to hold it for me when I went to collect it they didn't have it. This time more than $25 worth of change was stolen. And almost half a tank of gas was missing so that I got my car back with the gas light on I never Allow my car to go that low on gas. As I waited to discuss it with their service manager she was too busy looking for a key for a car to talk to me who was sitting right in front of her. Take take this as a strong warning you don't want to have this experience find someone else to deal with.. More
