I am writing this as a warning to anyone who is thinking about using this Service center. I have had to bring my car in 8 times because of a roof leak Each time they kept my car for at least a month and several times more than a month. One time I left my aluminum thermos on the counter called them up right away ask them to hold it for me when I went to collect it they didn't have it. This time more than $25 worth of change was stolen. And almost half a tank of gas was missing so that I got my car back with the gas light on I never Allow my car to go that low on gas. As I waited to discuss it with their service manager she was too busy looking for a key for a car to talk to me who was sitting right in front of her. Take take this as a strong warning you don't want to have this experience find someone else to deal with.. More

When I called them to let them know and asked if they would split the cost with me, they would not. I don’t feel that this is good business, many other dealerships guarantee four new tires on their certified pre-owned vehicles. Go elsewhere. More
To say that my experience with Westbury jeep was a absolute pleasure would be a understatement. I have never felt more taken care in any of my experiences with purchasing anything then the way I felt absolute pleasure would be a understatement. I have never felt more taken care in any of my experiences with purchasing anything then the way I felt with Oziris and Amy. First Oziris sat me down and assured that all my questions and complications in purchasing my vehicle would be taken care of and he did just that. I was a ball of tangled yarn with many obstacles in turning my lease into a finance contract. Where I know that any other salesman would have said to themselves that this sale is not worth the trouble Oziris stood up to the task and tackled my complications. However he did not complete the task on his own, he had the help of a patient, knowledgeable woman in the finance dept, Amy...another extremely helpful advocate to a customer. They both took my ball of yarn and untangled it the same day with patience and perseverance. She made as many phone calls as she needed including calling different states in the US...yes, she called a different state to get my deal done. This dealership is a busy one and they both took their time with me and did not quit or push me aside to make another sale until my ball of yarn was untangled. I am so pleased and I want to say thank you so very much Oziris and Amy. More

Several times went over the pice and nothing was ever mention then after 45 min of being there sat down and get oh by the way the car is uncharged from sticker up to 5k but can't tell you how much more its gonna be till you commit to buy and sit down with the finance guy. Thanks but no thanks. Shop around people some dealers are not trying to take advantage of you. More
Okay dealership, but buyer beware of their Finance people and management... The sales guy, Randy (and I’m using actual names here, I don’t give a care) was fine, if not a little aloof. He wasn’t, however, and management... The sales guy, Randy (and I’m using actual names here, I don’t give a care) was fine, if not a little aloof. He wasn’t, however, pushy, which I appreciate. My big problem was with the finance woman, Amy. Already, I don’t trust finance people. She was extremely pushy and patronizing when I had questions about the itemized bill which didn’t make sense to me (I swear they make those things purposefully confusing). Furthermore, I initially agreed to the extended warranty, which would cover bumper to bumper for five years. Jeep, as a manufacturer, has 3 years bumper to bumper, and 5 years (or 60,000 miles) mechanical coverage but it doesn’t cover electric issues. So, in reality, the extended warranty was only for two extra years and cost $3000. I thought on this further and decided I didn’t want the extended warranty. She was a complete xxxxx about it, and went as far as complaining that she will “have to re-print all this paper work.” xxxxx, that’s your job. Then, my friend and I were doing a once over on the car (which had less than 40 miles on it) and found a nail in the tire. They didn’t have the tire in stock, so I couldn’t take it home that day. This is annoying, but fine. Nails in tires happen. I get it. This is where we became aggravated. While the car was running, I noticed a drip in the back of vehicle. I know, of course, that AC causes precipitation drips usually in the front of the car. But when I looked under, it looked like water was spewing out of the side of the muffler. My friend/coach with me knows more about cars than I do, and they also didn’t really know what to make of it. We brought this up to Randy who said they would have someone look at it. My friend demanded to talk to a manager. The Manager came over and told us there was nothing wrong with it. “Did you look at it?” “No.” “Then how do you know there’s nothing wrong with it?” “We had our expert look at it.” “Okay. So can we talk to this expert.” “No.” “Why not.” “They’re busy.” “They can’t just meet us by the car and ease our worries?” “No.” We went around in circles like this. Anyway, I had to leave without the car anyway because of the tire, which gave me some time to investigate. My friend went to another Jeep dealership and acted like a mechanic. I also called people who know more about cars, including my dad. We discovered the newer Renegade models have something called a “weep hole” which helps the muffler drain (this was a problem in older models). This was good news because it meant there was nothing wrong with the car. But this also means the Manager straight up lied to our faces. Because if one of her “experts” did look at the car, they would have been like, “oh that’s a weep hole and this is why it exists.” When I returned to buy the car (my friend came with again to double check the paperwork since we both loathed the finance woman at that point), I taught the sales guy what a weep hole was. I explained that I understand as a sales person, you don’t know everything about how a car works (as I consumer, I don’t!) but they should know more and moreover, they should blatantly lie to their customers. “This is why,” I said to him, “no offense to you personally, that people hate dealerships and don’t trust you.” More
We recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Westbury Jeep. Phil Dimberio was our salesman. Phil was a friendly and upfront man. We have never had a better car buying experience. Phil explained everything upfr Phil Dimberio was our salesman. Phil was a friendly and upfront man. We have never had a better car buying experience. Phil explained everything upfront, there were no surprises. Bobby the loan officer was as equally friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new vehicle to stop in and see Phil first. If there are people out there that still believe in customer service then this place is for you.
