WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF THIS "SERVICE CENTER"!!! They DO NOT use MOPAR parts on repairs!!! THEY ARE PASSING OFF CHEAP AFTERMARKET PARTS AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! FRAUDS, RIP-OFF ARTISTS & S CENTER"!!! They DO NOT use MOPAR parts on repairs!!! THEY ARE PASSING OFF CHEAP AFTERMARKET PARTS AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! FRAUDS, RIP-OFF ARTISTS & SCAMMERS!!!! I had a oil leak earlier this year and it was diagnosed as the oil housing filter needing to be replaced by this service center. I had the job done by Westbury Jeep on March 20th, 2023. I went to go get something to eat after they were done and within hours after the service, most of the oil had leaked out onto the ground. I immediately took the vehicle back to them and they gave me a loaner vehicle overnight. They claimed it was a defective part and fixed it. Or so I thought. I relocated out of NY and had 2 oil changes at Ed Voyles. When I took it in on Tuesday, October 24th, they told me that I had an oil leak. I came back for an 8:30AM appointment today October 26th to diagnose the cause of the leak. They told me that the oil housing filter was leaking oil and that it was an AFTER MARKET part, NOT MOPAR, which voids the 2 year warranty. I was furious and called Westbury and they transferred me to Ellen. She claimed that the part was OEM, which it CLEARLY is NOT because there are 0 MOPAR markings, nor a serial number on the part. She offered to overnight a new part and to reimburse me for the out of pocket labor cost. She was communicating with my advisor who sent her pictures. He then came back and told me that suddenly they were playing hard ball with doing anything to fix the issue and they tried to claim that it had been 7 months and that I could have done something to the part, which makes ABSOLUTELY -0 sense. I am not a mechanic and WHY would I do that to a part to my own detriment? At this point I was LIVID! I called back and spoke to a "Rose". She had the audacity to tell me they would only entertain being sent the part back so they could inspect it, and again claimed that it was from MOPAR...but WHY would you need to inspect something that came from MOPAR? You would immediately contact them, right? When I told her the part did NOT have a MOPAR stamp/serial number that comes on all of their parts she got quiet. She tried to claim that they changed the design but that is a LIE! A visual inspection clearly proves this is an ENTIRELY different part than the MOPAR part in the mechanics hand at Ed Voyles. To help me out because this was an obvious nightmare, my service advisor worked it out so that they would send MOPAR an official part to swap out so would cover the warranty and labor. HOWEVER, because of the oil leak the knock sensor jumper harness wires were corroded from the oil. The charge was $185. I asked Westbury to cover this cost directly with the dealership because of their SECOND defective part. Ellen completely changed the story and said they would not do anything unless I mailed the part back and they would make a "determination". All Jeep techs are certified and she was trying to claim that they made an error, even though this was the SECOND defective part I received from this shoddy, scam service center. I gave her 1 hour to decide to take care of the jumper, or I was going to pay for it out of pocket, post ALL OF THE RECEIPTS PROVING MY REVIEW IS REAL, and SUE in SMALL CLAIMS FOR MY MONEY BACK. As promised Ellen, here is ALL of the information for the world to see so other victims can know to AVOID going to your joke of a service center with your China made parts. I also recorded the calls so I will be bringing those to court as well. This just proves how petty, unprofessional, and tacky your service center is. You tried to falsely accuse me (defamation) of tampering with the part that YOUR service center had to put on not once, but twice and I have timestamped proof that your first part didn't last for 3 hours and the second AFTER MARKET part lasted 7 months until your fraud was discovered. I certainly was NOT informed that the part would be fake, nor did I agree to this. Suing!!! More

At pick up Ronnie was excellent he explained everything in detail and walked me through step by step. His assistant Krystal was awesome and had all the paper work ready to go making my experience the best I have had. I will be back and I have already started recommending people to go to Westbury keep dodge. Special shout-out to Ronnie and Krystal The Digital Team More
It's funny, I posted a review of Westbury Jeep in April of 2017 on Yelp and it was a positive review even though we did not purchase a car from the dealership. It's now 6+ years later and I was again looki of 2017 on Yelp and it was a positive review even though we did not purchase a car from the dealership. It's now 6+ years later and I was again looking for a 2 door Rubicon. I started my search with several other Jeep dealerships and dealt with sales people and managers who simply did not listen to what I wanted and followed up with endless emails asking if I was ready to purchase something I was not interested in. I then emailed Westbury Jeep as they had a Rubicon in stock that I was interested in and asked for a price. After several needless back and forth emails I was put in contact with the Ronnie from the Digital Team. After about a 10 minute call with Ronnie I purchased the car over the phone. Ronnie was tremendous listening to me and then answering my questions without all the sales xx from the call sheet. He gave me my numbers and broke them down so there were no surprises. The next day when I went to the dealership the car was ready to be picked up and Ronnie and Krystal gathered the paperwork needed from me and got me on my way without spending the day at the dealership. I can't believe after re-reading my previous review below that I did not start my Jeep search with Westbury Jeep. The service department now has high standards to meet. Below is previous yelp review posted 4/11/2017. After walking into 3 other Jeep dealerships and meeting with some unsavory salespeople my son Jeremy and I dropped in at Westbury Jeep. We were introduced to Ira Fischer who came across as a gentleman who wanted to help guide us through the purchase of a new pre-owner Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my son. My son let Ira know his budget and what he was interested in. Ira showed him what was available which unfortunately was not in our price range. Rather then try put Jeremy into a situation that was going to put a 20 year old first time car buyer into debt for the next 3-7 years Ira took Jeremy's contact information and asked if he could call him if the dealership was able to find what he was looking for. As a father I really appreciated the way Ira worked with my son and I really hope he is able to find something for Jeremy. If you're looking to buy a Jeep ask for Ira Fischer. Thank you for your professionalism Ira!!! More

My 2019 RAM wouldn't start. My car was towed to the dealership at noon. I hadnt heard anything by that evening, so I called the next day. I was informed that the vehicle was My car was towed to the dealership at noon. I hadnt heard anything by that evening, so I called the next day. I was informed that the vehicle was under someone else's name, and the Service Tech had already spoken to the owner. They said they would have to hold my vehicle and wouldn't release it to anyone, me, the owner included, until they figured it out. Thankfully it was resolved quickly and we moved to the diagnosis. They wrote up $1,200 dollars in suggested work. I only wanted the battery replaced for which they quoted $515. When I called the Tech back and said I could get the battery for less than half at Autozone and that I would like to pick up my car, he informed me of a $299 diagnotstic fee that I would have to pay if I replaced the battery myself. A) If I hadn't called, they could very well have released my car to whoever they spoke to on the phone initially. B) I was never informed of the diagnostic fee. Not when I called for the tow or followed up the next day. C) They price gouged the xxxx out of me on that battery. They even threw in an unannounced 3.5% credit card fee. If I had known, I could have brought a check or cash. My experience was awful. They're predatory, opportunistic, and deceptive. I will never spend another dime at the dealership or service center. Avoid at all costs. More
Our service advisor, Keith, sprung into action immediately after we experienced an electrical issue with our vehicle several days after picking it up from the dealership. Keith was informative & immediately after we experienced an electrical issue with our vehicle several days after picking it up from the dealership. Keith was informative & efficient every step of the way through the assessment and we appreciated knowing that this problem was rather a mishap with a wire being tangled and that the car is completely safe to drive going forward. If you need to have your vehicle serviced, ask for Keith! (And Bobby and Gary in the service area were also very helpful upon emergency arrival.) More
