Service Leased a fully loaded Town and Country, second time in a year I have been back for brake issues. First time was the booster and it took a week and ha Leased a fully loaded Town and Country, second time in a year I have been back for brake issues. First time was the booster and it took a week and half to get fixed. VIP experience was suppose to get loaner car. Was told they did not have one available. This time they told me it would cost $1K to fix warped rotors. Car has 14K miles on it. Took it to another mechanic and he gave me a price of $650. Not after market parts. Car buying experience was great, car itself and service center are horrible. Leased the following cars for 36 months 2 Ford Explorers, G37 Infiniti, Honda Odyssey, Cadillac SRX and Honda Accord with no issues. That is why you lease. Would not recommend at alll. More

Challenger Scat Pack Experience I apologize in advance for this lengthy review, but I feel that I should let others know what to expect from this dealership. I was recommended by a work colleague who had already purchased a Challenger from Westbury. He told me to speak with a guy called Andy. I have owned a lot of Mopars in my life and would like to think I know a thing or two about them. I have to say that after speaking with Andy for only a few minutes, I was completely blindsided!! If this guy wasn't British, I would swear he was a direct descendant from the Dodge brothers themselves. It took me all of 10 minutes to decide that I was buying my car from him no matter what. Andy is very technical minded and went over every detail of my Scat Pack before ordering. I was advised that I would have a lengthy wait from the factory, which I was really grateful for, most dealers wouldn't be as honest on the build time, Andy estimated it almost to the day. I picked my car up on the last day of the month, the atmosphere is the dealership is incredible, I can honestly say I have never seen so much activity. My car was in the actual showroom waiting for me with a cover over it. I had to wait a little for the paperwork, but I can honestly say I enjoyed waiting. Tom helped out with the paperwork, he is also a great guy and took the time to go over our contract and explain it in detail. Probably the most surprising part of my delivery was when I was informed that Westbury is the largest Jeep dealership in the world. I can assure anyone that is thinking of visiting this place, that the experience is unparalleled. I will be recommending everyone I know to come here. More
