Having negotiated with other places in the past in truth, this was the best experience I have had to date. They were not aggressive or fast talking, but on the contrary, they took their time and made sure that my needs, desires and expenses all came together brilliantly. I went to Westbury Jeep with my family, just to look at the Jeeps and obtain some information for a future purchase. I was approached by Anthony a sales associate and it was refreshing to meet an easy-going and accommodating individual, with a great sense of humor. His professionalism was greatly appreciated and any reservations I may have had, begun to fade. It did not take long to realize that the staff at the Westbury Jeep were each refreshingly unique with the same disposition, knowledgeable and inviting. Once the vehicle selection was made, I met with Alex the business manager and he was just as engaging and well-informed. He paid a great deal of attention to the details and made completing the process effortless. Today, I do feel as though I joined an elite club. I love… my Jeep and have to admit enjoyed receiving a call welcoming me to the Jeep family! My own family is now looking into upgrading their Jeep very soon at Westbury Jeep. Great service saved the weekend! I couldn't be happier with the service I received this weekend at the Westbury Jeep Service center. My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee had the brake dummy li I couldn't be happier with the service I received this weekend at the Westbury Jeep Service center. My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee had the brake dummy light ping on when I stopped for gas on my way out the Hamptons for a bachelorette party with a car full of girls and stuff. I don't know the area but was very lucky to be closest to the Westbury Jeep Service center. I left the car in their hands, they helped me to find a rental from the nearby Enterprise location and we were quickly back on our way. They even squeezed in my car for diagnostics and fixed the issue before Sunday when I had to head back to the city. Anna was outstanding - she couldn't have been nicer, speaking to my husband or I multiple times throughout the weekend to keep us updated on what had been found and where the outcome stood. What could have derailed the entire weekend for my group, ended up being remarkably smooth and only cost us an extra couple hours! More

We decided one Saturday to simply go in and take a look at the Westbury dealership that has awesome reviews. When we went in, saw what we would like to have and decided to ask a sales rep some questions, we got Hasan who is by far the nicest and most respectful Sales Rep I have ever dealt with! He is not a pusher but gives gentle nudges, listens to his clients, and works with what you got! He also had us work with Joseph Gillespie over on the financial side whom was also extremely helpful and great! Less than a week later after we did some thinking and analyzing and decided to take the plunge, we left with our new Jeep happier than ever! Will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking of making a new purchase. They are AWESOME! More
