Turns out...my service adviser (Manny Karamalis) instead took my truck in RIGHT AWAY...and had the services, as well as some factory computer updates, performed immediately. This was done mid-day, right in the middle of 100 other vehicles on site for service (busy shop). In this day & age of "passing the buck", no personal service...I was pleasantly surprised by Manny's interest in taking care of "me" and making me "happy". Kudos to Westbury Jeep for employing a quality gentleman like Manny Karamalis!!! More

Out of town breakdown I was traveling from out of state, when my new car broke down due to a recalled part. It took them 3 days to get my car into the shop and diagnose the I was traveling from out of state, when my new car broke down due to a recalled part. It took them 3 days to get my car into the shop and diagnose the problem. At which point, they told me about the recalled part for the transmission and that it was going to take about a week to fix. This would of been a disaster if it wasn't for the help of Anna Manuzzi. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and thankfully was able to get me into a loaner car so that I could continue my activities around NY. They even finished the work ahead of schedule!
