Way better then my last dealer experience I brought my brand new jeep in for service last week for a couple of issues with new jeep , and kelly cooper was great! My tire carrier had come loose and my fender flares were loose as well which i had installed from rocky ridge and she got the parts and had it fixed in a matter of a couple of days , the last dealer i was going to would have had it for weeks and not fixed it! great dealership experience.
