Watch out! Bait and switch! When you get an estimate here, plan on adding 30-50% more to the final cost. They lowball the estimate and then find extras that "can't be avoided". If nothing else, their estimating is horrible if not deceptive. On top of that, if you don't call about your vehicle it may never get serviced. Terrible Service Department They send you to voice mail and never call you back. I finally went there had them look at my car and they gave me a quote for $1200 for some repairs. Outstanding Customer Services I was dreading getting a new car as I had had my Mitsubishi for 11 years, but it was time. I went to Westbrook Toyota in August of 2014, and met with I was dreading getting a new car as I had had my Mitsubishi for 11 years, but it was time. I went to Westbrook Toyota in August of 2014, and met with Stacey Coleman. Stacey was not only knowledgeable, friendly and funny, but genuine, professional and not pushy at all. She was interested in putting me in the right car for me. She listened to what I was looking for, and what I was able to do financially and she delivered. I had some financial issues in the past, and Westbrook Toyota worked hard and went above and beyond to get me into my car with a payment I could easily afford. It has been 7 months, and I absolutely love my Corolla! Stacey contacts me from time to time to check in and make sure I'm am happy and everything is going well. She is top notch and was a pleasure to work with. I have recommended her several times to friends and family and have every faith that she will treat them exactly the way she treated me. More

Sales Manager Tom didn't keep his word.. I bought a new Toyota Camry two months ago. When I picked up the car, I noticed that there was a chip underneath the side door. The sales manager Tom I bought a new Toyota Camry two months ago. When I picked up the car, I noticed that there was a chip underneath the side door. The sales manager Tom Ryan said I could either come back another day to have it repaired or he would mail me a check of $150 the next day. I chose to take the check. Now 2 months later, I still haven't received anything. I tried to contact him at least 10 times, but he's always with customers and can't talk to me, and he never called me back as he promised. This is not the customer service I expected at all! I was his customer before, but not anymore! I filed a complaint with Toyota customer service, The representative called Tom right away and told me "Boy, this guy is rude!" and reassured me "Tom certainly doesn't represent Toyota!" I finally talked to the general manger Mr. Anderson and he handled this in a much more professional way, More
WORST Toyota Dealership in CT!!!!! One star because Dawn was the only positive at this dealership!!! Tom Ryan is downright rude! Iham was unprofessional. After 3 attempts and 18 days to refund my deposit I realized that they were processing OFFLINE and nothing was going through. Of course, Mr. Ryan could only over talk me when I questioned and hang up the phone. I will buy a car but never from this dealership! If you are sucked in to their tricky "sales process" beware of giving your credit card and the process moves forward because you may never see that money again or will be forced to spend hours on the phone begging for a refund as they tell you they have processed it time and again! They sale tactics were horrendous. Iham pressuring that he would "call in a favor" to lower my interest rate (10 pints!) but not unless I commit at that moment. Looking at my credit report and say "Girlfriend, you have been shopping alot!" What? How unprofessional and rude! I have never had such a BAD experience! AND I am still out $200 because they cannot seem to navigate processing a credit to my credit card!!!!! I am contacting the better business bureau and will tell everyone NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP... instead consider Middletown, New London or Wallingford as I will be doing!!!!!! More
Hands down the WORST service department ever!!!! Let me start by saying, purchasing an extended warranty from this dealer was nothing but a major rip-off! First off, you are obligated to use their service department only, and second, they will make sure that they don't fix what should be covered under the warranty. Now to explain. My car was blowing warm air out the drivers side vents and cool air out the passenger side vents while using my AC. The service manager insisted this was a "classic symptom of low freon". It will cost $200 to add freon. My husband and I declined service and took the car the same day to a local mechanic. Not only was my car not low on freon, due to it being vacuumed out and measured and refilled for 1/3 of the charge, my mechanic states it was a classic symptom of a stuck door on a dual zone unit (which mind you would be covered under my warranty). I took this information back to Westbrook Toyota along with a request to cancel my extended warranty policy. I explained how dissatisfied I was with the service, and my lack of trust with this service dept. i was them told they would agree to fix the problem if I kept my extended warranty policy. I declined. I feel that a company who prides themselves on excellent customer service, should admit their wrong and fix the problem. I was assured by the associate that before the policy was to be cancelled that day, he would have the General Manager call because he was very upset that I was not a happy customer. Guess what? Never got a call. With that being said, I will never step foot in this establishment ever again, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! More
