After we decided to finance the car, it was already 40 minutes away from them shutting the dealership, but they decided to keep up there and work on the paperwork. Edgar helped a lot in getting all the paperwork done. By the time everything was done, it was about 8:20 pm. They should be on their way home by then, but all three of them stayed with us and guided us out of the door. Joyce also delivered the car to where I live personally. Thank you all. More

Very bad service department I have been taking my car to westbrook toyota for maintenance for several years. It used to be very good. But this time I had very bad experience with them. I got extra charges for the things that were not required to be "fixed". What's more, my car got some other problems after the maintenance!! I feel very disappointed and definitely do not recommend this place. More

These people are con artists DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY. THEY WILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF. We took our car to them and were quoted a ridiculous amount for all kinds of repairs that were not required. We wanted a second opinion, so then we took our car to someone we trust, who we used before we moved. It turns out Toyota of Westbrook lied to us about the work that was required on our vehicle. We would have spent thousands if we had not been mistrustful of them. They will rip you off and tell you that your car needs all kinds of work. They can not be trusted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is the worst. We purchased defective wheels from them before we realized that they are con artists. They basically told us to take a flying leap when we tried to get a replacement tyre. Don't trust them. More

When ordering from the factory I know all dealers pay the same amount. When the sales person gave me the final price I couldn't believe my ears. They were $4,788.78 more than Dealer #2 and $5,179..27 more than Dealer#1. When viewing the options that I ordered, they were twice the price of the two previous dealers. We reviewed my list of options three times so we were sure to compare apples to apples. They offered me $1,300.00 less than the previous two dealers. in regard to my trade in. Compare prices with other Toyota dealerships so you can save your fast dollars. More
