Deb was very approachable, knowledgable and helpful in deciding which new car would best suit our needs. She took her time, answered all questions and was personable as well. The car was ready as promised, had the features we requested and deb did an excellent job explaining the various amenities, necessities as well as setting up my iPhone, including iPod. We were very pleased with her service and we hope that when my husband is ready for a new car, she'll still be there! Regrettably, the manager who handled the paper work spoiled the mood a little bit for us by coming on too strong about purchasing additional services that we really are not interested in. The reasoning behind getting tire and rim protection she provided is unsubstantiated at best (I have bought and sold many cars in my life and no one has ever deducted money for scratches on rims.... Give me a break!). In my opinion, Toyota should have a policy that allows the customer to state upfront that they do not want sales pitches for services, warranties etc. Overall our experience was excellent and I LOVE my Venza !!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!! I found the free inspection to be complete, and the explanation of maintenance serices to be thorough. It is not only a benefit to the automobile owner, but also to the service department. Use of a free loaner car is a bonus. More
