I could not be more satisfised with Scott and everyone I encountered at Toyota. He was friendly, profressional, and helpful. I want to thank him for his kindness. Everything was done with such ease. Just wanted to say what a Great experience it was to deal with Scott Kirby. I went car shopping with my daughter in hopes to find a dealership that would not overwhelm either one of us being pushy and pushi with Scott Kirby. I went car shopping with my daughter in hopes to find a dealership that would not overwhelm either one of us being pushy and pushing us into something we were not comfortable with. Well I came to the right place, from the moment Scott Kirby shook my hand I knew I was in the right place. He was NOT pushy at all, new our situation and helped us the make the right decision for my daughter. He took care of her and I know he was fighting for what she wanted as they did their little test drive, but thats ok, but he helped us to make the most sensible decision for her. WE laughed alot, felt we can talk open and played it straight. He was great! The entire dealership was great and it was the most pleasant experience I have had with looking for cars in a long time....WE will be back when we are ready to buy another car and I will be telling all my friends and family to come see Scott Kirby. Oh and it helped ALOT that he was a RED SOX fan! Thank you Scott! You are the BEST...An asset to Toyota for sure! JG More

This is by far the BEST experience I have had buying a car, and I will tell all my frientds and family. I went in not knowing what I wanted and we were greeted by Scott Kirby (need I say more)He was so e car, and I will tell all my frientds and family. I went in not knowing what I wanted and we were greeted by Scott Kirby (need I say more)He was so easy to talk to, he was not pushy, I explained my situation to him and he went above and beyond what I imagined a car salesman to be. He was never pushy, always had a smile on his face and I truely felt he wanted to help me make the best purchase for me. He didn't try to sell me something he knew I couldn't afford. I started there on Saturday and just today drove home in my Brand NEW 2012 Toyota Camry!!!!! From start to finish he was amazing! The entire dealership was wonderful and I knew they truely wanted to do whatever they could to help me make the right choice. We laughed, I cried, we laughed and in the end we truely with the help of Scott made the right purchase for me! Thank you Scott and Toyota! He is a great guy and an even better Salesman! Scott Kirby and Kalani Lopa went out of their way to make our car buying experience go as smoothly as possible. We had a 6 week old baby and 4 year old with us and it could have been very challenging but Kal our car buying experience go as smoothly as possible. Throughout the sales process Scott was straight forward, honest and down to earth. I never felt like he was giving us the "hard sell" and ultimately I felt like we got a good deal on a wonderful vehicle. The facility is state of the art and clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is car shopping. More

My father purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner a few days ago, and I went with him to make sure that the purchase went well. We were actually skeptical going to the new Westbrook facility because the two salesme and I went with him to make sure that the purchase went well. We were actually skeptical going to the new Westbrook facility because the two salesmen we had dealt with in the past (from Old Saybrook) were no longer with the company.... then we met Scott Kirby and everything changed. Scott is very down to earth and personable when you talk to him. He is very educated on the vehicles (as my father was going to purchase the 4Runner & I was looking at a Venza)and was able to answer all of our product questions without hesitation. Too many times when dealing with sales people they are trying to sell you more than what you are looking for and it can be frustrating - not the case with Scott. Scott knew exactly what we were looking for, and he tried his best to make us happy in the end. We are already prepared to pass his name on to other family members and friends, and when I decide it's time for a Venza (or another 4Runner) I will be contacting him, too. Scott - thank you so much for making my father's purchase experience a good one. More

I had a difficult time deciding on a vehicle or even if I wanted a vehicle. He was honest and very polite. He explained everything in details and actually took extra time to explain all of the accessories in the vehicles. He answered all the questions I asked. He sought out information that I needed to help me to better understand the mechanics, purpose or otherwise of various equipment, buttons, switches etc. He spent an equal amount of time with my husband. After purchasing the vehicle, Scott further explained the accessories, for which there are many. I feel comfortable knowing that I can come back to Westbrook Toyota with any questions or concerns that I might have. In addition, other personnel that I encountered were very helpful and friendly. I feel secure in knowing that they have a very good service department (as recommended by friends) More
I usually avoid having work done at dealers, and now I know why. My check engine light came on and so I brought my '07 Corolla in to have it checked. Also, I wanted my snow tires to be swapped and to ha know why. My check engine light came on and so I brought my '07 Corolla in to have it checked. Also, I wanted my snow tires to be swapped and to have my windshield washer fluid pump changed. The check engine light turned out to be 2 oxygen sensors, to the tune of $450+ each...for a part that could be bought for $50? I decided to postpone the sensor repair but made it clear I wanted to have the snow tires changed out...I picked the car up after hours, only to drive to work the next day and realize that my snow tires were still in the trunk! Nice...after back and forth with Mark the service manager he offered to refund my money, which is fine, but I really don't feel like I can trust a company that charges me for work that was never completed. Not to mention that no compensation was offered for headache, the wasted time, gas and energy of going back and forth to the dealer for nothing, etc. Even if this might have been a one-time mistake, I'm not going back to find out. More
