Earlier this year, I heard a winding noise when I turned the wheel when the car was in reverse. I brought it there to have it checked out and I was told that they couldn't hear any noise. Months go by and t the wheel when the car was in reverse. I brought it there to have it checked out and I was told that they couldn't hear any noise. Months go by and the noise continues to get louder so I bring the car back to have it looked at. I was told that when they took it for a ride, they couldn't hear the noise so I asked could I ride with them? The mechanic heard the noise immediately. They said it was my front strut mounts, and that it would be covered under my warranty and they supposedly fixed it. After leaving there, I continued to hear the noise so I brought it Back to have it checked out. After taking it for a drive they told me that they couldn't hear any noise. So I asked if I could take another ride with them like I did before when they said they didn't hear anything, and They refused. I asked a couple of times and they kept sending the associate Gabrielle back-and-forth with reasons why we didn't need to go for a ride. Gabrielle was obviously as frustrated as I was because she ended up walking away, rolling her eyes and sighing with aggravation to the point that I had to say" I hope you know I can hear you". I was finally told that Some Camry's just make that noise and The part that they fixed was in working condition and if I wanted them to check anything further, I would need to pay the Diagnostic fee. I had taken a 40 minute ride three times just to hear that explanation. I feel like they just got a free check from the warranty company because they didn't fix the issue that I originally came for. Seeing There was a problem I feel like the mechanic his self or a manager should have at least come out and spoke with me, but that didn't happen. It was a bad Experience. Definitely one that I will pass on and advise to go to another dealer Besides Westboro. More

Very disappointed to find that the warranty on my two year old battery, which I purchased from you, is six weeks past the two year mark and needs to be replaced. Language was a bit of a challenge, but tech showed me that the plates had disintegrated in one of the cells. Never had a battery go bad in two years, and I think given the timing you ought to be willing to replace it at no charge to me. More
