Service is always great and it is easy to get the car in to be seen. Trying to get your car back is like trying to threat a needle on a slip and slide. Your service representative is never at their desk and will not answer the phone and will not answer voicemail and when you call other people just send you to the voicemail. Nobody knows the status of your car except your service rep which is ridiculous. After and over 2-hour " lunch" for our service rep, we asked another rep to help us out who said they couldn't find our service rep so our car could not be picked up. How ridiculous. We drove there anyway after noticing in our app that the car had been closed and locked almost 4 hours earlier meaning our car had been done with service for 4 hours. Nobody had notified us. And nobody knew the status of the car. This is such an easy thing to fix. I complain about it constantly. I have no idea why they will not fix this situation but it is absurd. When we arrived back at the dealership our service rep was still on lunch... About 3 hours now. And their desk was absolutely littered with receipts and cars waiting for pickup, including a bunch that said "waiter". Those poor humans. My absolute favorite part was we picked up the car and started driving home and about 20 minutes into our drive. We got a call that our car was ready for pickup. Very embarrassing. As noted, getting the car in is always fine.. service is always great and we never have a problem with the actual work done. The service reps are always nice to speak with and kind. I am just begging you to please fix the pickup situation. I have no idea why you make it so difficult. What an easy thing to fix. The status of my car should not be locked in a vault. More

The rep was great Fred. Helpful courteous.It took longer than I thought but the tech found a nail in my tire and it needed to be patched.The Cafe does not have decaf.I was st Helpful courteous.It took longer than I thought but the tech found a nail in my tire and it needed to be patched.The Cafe does not have decaf.I was stuck and needed to eat so happy I could get something.There needs to be more hand sanitizing stations and more variety of reading material..There was a free coffee area but no one had made coffe.I asked about decaf and I was told they'd have it next time.Theres lotscof older peoplevwho have heart issues and if they drink coffee may have heart palpatations.The staff was great and that's important.My tire was patched.There was a really nice employee that guided me out of the garage.Overall it was the first time I was there and a good experience as you can have for a maintenance I appreciate all.They were able to get me an appointment easily.Thanks for your hard work. I was getting my oil changed and my tires rotated. Jody was doing great but not the mechanic (Shankar, Megnath?). The sticker was attached in a way that it blocked the road view, and I realigned it my Jody was doing great but not the mechanic (Shankar, Megnath?). The sticker was attached in a way that it blocked the road view, and I realigned it myself. I also had some wires supporting the engine splash shield. They were broken but the remnants were hanging and scratching the road, so I needed to fix them myself when I came home. The splash shield is custom and has special windows for maintenance, I didn't understand why the mechanic needed to remove them at all. The window was opened by the way, but never locked properly, so if I didn't check it, all the dirt would go under. Immediately after I left the dealership, the door behind me was locked and no one asked whether I was satisfied or not. They gave me to sign all the papers before I saw my car. Ridiculous! A really sloppy work. I will consider not coming there again. This comment will also be published on Google Maps later for a broader audience. More
