Previous trips to the service department were good, occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. The service misplaced one of hub caps, left one of the replaced wipers on the window. Not sure they can justify the high hourly rates charged. My vehicle was purchased new at the dealership so I would have expected a little better service than this last trip. More
