Westboro Toyota - Service Center

I bought my car new at the Westboro Toyota dealership in 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated wh 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated which resulted in uneven wear. We never touched the air in the tires. It was as it came off the factory belt. The car had several services, and I mentioned it each time that the car is shaking on the highway. How come that nobody picked up on the overinflated tires until they were ruined???? Now with the new tires there is no shake at all. Also, the wait time is incredibly long. Oil changes take on average 1.5 hours. This time I spent 3 hours at the dealership. I am also shocked how much is not covered by the extended warranty. You should make it much more clear that most things are not covered. I want to make sure that none of my frustrations count against Jody. She was incredibly helpful, informative, kind and patient. More

The wait is ivery poor. I was there 6 hours for 2 tires changes and allignment oil change back lights ordered . I think it should be 3 hours long. My Meir was transparent and didn’t try to up. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a patient ear and would actually listen. I have three dealership shops near me. Koch, Acton and Westboro. Service department at westboro toyota is awful. On multiple occasions I have showed up and my car was not ready from getting service done.
