It's easy to get an appointment, even on a Sunday morning! There is a shuttle that will drop me at work and pick me up if I need to leave my car. The waiting area is good for working or not. Things are generally explained well and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Work is done in the timeframe quoted. Cost seems typical - not too high, not dirt cheap. They sometimes advise a less expensive option and sometimes you need to ask about that. 125,000 in 5 years and so far so good. More

Excellent experience with James Lavelle, Asst Servc Manager I went for a repair of the rack and pinion at Westboro Toyota on August 18, 2014, a cost of $996.73. I had an excellent experience in which the service advisor, assistant service manager James Lavelle, was very informative and communicative. Mr. Lavelle put in a lot of research on the vehicle’s repair, offered a shuttle from Westboro Toyota [which is amazing because the destination wasn’t near Westboro] and he went above and beyond with helping me as a customer. He was on the phone with the independent shop that gave the quote, he was communicating with the other service managers in his department and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. Also, Westboro Toyota is the only dealership that advertises a matching price for an independent shop. Mr. Lavelle took my worries away because when I got quotes from local shops, they were too nervous and couldn't figure out how to do the repair without removing the engine from the car. Mr. Lavelle stated that Toyota knows their cars very well, and indeed Westboro Toyota far exceeded my expectations on this repair. I was nervous going in, and afterward the worries went away. Even though I had a past situation with Duy Pham in regards to a separate incident that involved my battery, it shouldn't reflect negatively on the service department at Westboro Toyota. More
