I cannot say enough about John Hansen when trying to get a pretty in depth issue fixed with my car. He was more than helpful. I do however have some reservations aboout the service process as a whole. It to a pretty in depth issue fixed with my car. He was more than helpful. I do however have some reservations aboout the service process as a whole. It took a few trips to find out what was the issue with my car. The first 2 trips were out of pocket. I feel like there were a couple glitches in between that could have been avoided with some attention to detail. With a very pricey repair and me having to bring my car back several times the thing that upset me the most was how my car was left. They had to retrieve a key from my console and when I got the car back the contents of the middle console compartment was strewn around in the back seat. There was nothing of true importance but I would have just liked some respect for my belongings especially when my car was there for a paid service. More
I have been buying my cars from this dealership for at least 8 years and they never disappoint! They are clean and the entire staff is just awesome They have a great area to wait for your car and you can least 8 years and they never disappoint! They are clean and the entire staff is just awesome They have a great area to wait for your car and you can also get lunch at the small food service there! I would never go to anyone else to buy or least a car! They offer a really great maintenance program for leased cars. The only thing I would recommend would be to get some new seating in the waiting area as some of it is worn probably because they have so many customers! More

Jody talked with us several times about the situation with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost of a "normal" battery!) and tried unsuccessfully to get an adjustment. The battery was in stock, and the car was ready the next day. This unreasonable battery cost causes us to doubt whether we'll be buying another Prius. It was a pleasure for us to work with Jody. Wayne & Beth Mezitt More
